I was trying to choose my browser and I cant find the option to do so?I am running OS 6.I need to choose the browser in order to access my corperate intranet and thus far have come up with nothing.

Then to exit the app, I have to press the 'End call' key and it again comes up with the same message. After i started using the 8520 on the at&t network i noticed that i cannot change my setting from hotspot browser to internet browser anymore which in turn i cannot use the data service with at&t that i am paying for. On my old 9700 handset I could choose to reply to an inbound email from an account other than the one to which it was sent. When I clicked on the drop-down at the top of the Reply screen, all three were offered as a choice. Now on my 9900 handset, it doesn't give me any choice, and only shows the account to which the email was sent, for replying from. Is there a setting to change this, to allow a choice?

Whenever I call a contact via Direct Connect, a menu will come up and ask "Remember this choice". If you check off the menu and then press the Direct Connect number that you wish to be associated with that contact, it doesn't remember the number that you selected. The next time you pull up that same contact to DC, you get the same menu, asking "Remember this choice".

I bought the device a month ago and had a brand new battery installed in no later than yesterday.Battery life is about 3 to 5 hours at the very best, whilst I am not using any specific 3rd party application.In addition, the "clock" apprears on a very frequent basis, slowing the system dramatically.I do not have any files saved on the media card ... Wi-fi has been disabled already as have Bluetooth. LAt, connection the mobile network is fine so I do not believe it has to do with the device desperately seeking connection.PS: I am based in France with SFR being my provider.

Ok, I set my Photon in the webtop dock, but just to charge on my desk, not using the webtop program. It used to display a choice of "Widget Clock" or Webtop, and it no longer does. Maybe I clicked the don't ask again box last time? I do not remember, it's been a few weeks since I used the dock. Anyway I am SURE this is a simple setting somewhere, but I cannot, for the life of me, find it to turn the selection screen back on. I cleared the cache and settings, still no selection screen.

However,Things I have tried so far: I have used the desktop software's upgrade function to upgrade but every time I get the message that, there is no upgrade available. I also downloaded my carrier (MTN - South Africa) specific software the "9300M_PBr6.0.0_rel1879_PL6.6.0.124_A6.0.0.448" file and installed it onto my computer. I then connected my BB and tried to upgrade but was still unsuccessful.
