BB Curve :: Cannot Add Emails To It

I cannot log into the email setup page I forgot my username and password for the email setup. This is a new phone and on my old phone I had no problem logging in. Now I cannot log in to my new phone's email setup page, because of a forgotten username. I have entered my username that I have with blackberry and also my screen name and neither one works. How can I retrieve my username so I can finally add my email addresses, please help, I have been trying to log on since yesterday. I have gone to your websites help section and can't find anything on forgotten usernames, only forgotten passwords

When I delete an e-mail, nothing happens, I scroll do wn and the icon changes to an opened envelope and greys out but the top line states:(0 items)But it will not disappear. Also, when I create and try to send a message, I get nothing.I have a gmail account which has always worked perfectly but this has started happening in the last few weeks,I have a BB Curve 8520 running software v5.0.0.681I have "338 messages" and counting....

For the last two weeks my curve is showing I have 6 unread email messages yet I have none.I searched the forum and it's not call logging as I had that turned off.Anybody have an idea what's causing this? I have double checked all my email accounts all to know avail.

I took my memory card out on sunday and battery to load pics on my pc dont no if its anything to do with it but i havent had any emails since i have 2 accounts im getting them on my pc ive tried taking battery out and the send message thing in settins

I have had no emails on my blackberry account for a month now. First I received a message from blackberry to say that I needed to verify my password. I did that but I still can't get my emails. Tried tweeting blackberry but very unhelpful. After asking if my email address was a google or hotmail one (its not, its an Australian telco called optusnet) they said I needed to contact my provider. Issue is that my email is through one telco - optusnet while my mobile account is with another - Vodafone. Which provider am I supposed to contact?

I was on the 3 network for 6 months but struggled to get a good signal so i changed to Orange. I rang them up, had the config texts come through to my phone and it was all going great for 3 days. I then put my old SIM card back in the phone to see if i had any texts on my old number. After that i put the Orange SIM back in and now all my email accounts have vanished. When i go to the email wizard it lists my email accounts and says i need to re-enter my passwords to access them. I do and it just says "Sorry unable to continue your session. Please log in again".
I can't get anywhere, i'm stuck in this neverending cycle of being asked for my password the being told i can't continue, i know my passwords are correct because i've checked them.

I went and bought a blackberry curve because I was sick of my old phone and the contract went on for ages. I dont have blackberry messenger because i dont have the right contract but was wondering if anyone knew how to set up emails?? whenever i got to the email bit it says i need a blackberry enterprise server.

I have a BB Curve 8520 on full contract with Vodafone UK and linked to my work emails using the enterprise server.Is it possible in any way to add personal emails to my BB (I have hotmail and BTInternet accounts) I would like to access as well - I dont have the add additional email options in setup - is there any way round thsi or is there a software package available to download taht allows BES as well as BIS?

Basically I can't access my emails - the star/asterisk sign shows up on the menu to show that new messages have come in (and I know they have because I can see them on my laptop) but when I click any of the email icons (the general 'Messages' one, or the two separate email accounts I have) they just take me to text messages rather than email messages.

I can receive emails from my hotmail account to my bb curve but can't reply nor send new emails.Whenever i go to email setup and complete de user name and pass, it appears a message that says"blank username. type a valid user name"i've tried writing my bb id, email id, changed pass but can't seem to get it working!

Over last 24 hours I cannot get emails or access internet. Everytime I try to reset the email the message comes up "your device had a problem connecting to the server".

I recently purchased a blackberry curve 9300. I have a BIS connection. I configured my gmail and my office mail on it. The issue is any mail replied in gmail from pc appears on my phone but any mail replied in my office mail via pc doesnt show up on my BB. My office mail is also on gmail platform only.

I have two email accounts on my phone. I recently updated the password for both of the accounts (on a computer) then updated the information on my phone. I havent been receiving the emails to my phone even prior to the password update.

I'm using two email accounts on my Curve 8520. Any mail that I sent for my gmail account usin a PC, I get the sent mails on my phone. Although I donot get sent mails from my Windows Live account (mails sent from PC) on the phone. I can see mails sent from the phone, but not the ones that I send from my computer. The gmail account does not have this problem, only the Windows Live account has.

When i compose an email and put in the adress i wish to send to, it does not give me the option to send the email. It only give me the option to save draft. HOwever if i press reply to something someone send me then it does give me the send option and the email sendsd perfectly

I have two email accounts set up to show on my blackberry, since yesterday I have received no new emails showing on my phone. I have tried to access them via the set up "Internet mail account" but it comes up with your device had a problem connecting to the server. While travelling I turned the data off. I log in to wifi and can use the browser but cannot send or receive emails to the accounts set up on the phone. Just got the phone back from blackberry cause prior to this wifi did not work at all. I am thinking the problem h only been partially fixed....

When ever I open my BB emails only old emails are shown then I need to go to options filter and say all then all new messages are shown and once I revert back it goes back to the old state and shows only old once how do I rectify this problem.

IM very new to the Blackberry systems. I LOVE my phone and am starting to get very good at using it but I'm having a problem with my email, hopefully I could get some much needed help. This is the second time this has happened to me that my email has acted up by reposting every single email I've ever gotten in a matter of minutes. Old emails from months ago come up in the order I first got them. Up to 140 emails per about 3-4 minutes I end up having to mark all prior and delete all after it stops on its own. This really scares me and I dont want anything happening to my phone. Could it be a virus If so what should I do is there any BB virus software out there or if not is there anything I could do?

I recently had to do a restore to my bb curve..ever since then it wont let me reply to emails. the option doesnt even appear...I am not on a bes server and dont know what to do. This blackberry is my office..its how I function and work every day
