Feb 23, 2012After many months without problems with synchronization of the organizator, now the data of calendar are not synchronizate becouse the desktop software shows "calendar not install". I donīt now how and where to reinstall or correct this unusual problem.

Jan 19, 2010I have a new curve (8530) and my carrier is Verizon. My curve was syncing with my Yahoo calendar in December without any issues. Since January it no longer syncs. My memo pad syncs, but not the calendar. I do not have Outlook on my computer, so Yahoo is my only choice of calendar. I spoke to Verizon tech support for 2 hours and we tried everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled Desktop manager, but that didn't help either.

Sep 7, 2010I have a Curve 8520 fully upgraded at, v5.0.0.681, Installed a yahoo mail account, gmail, work mail and facebook app. Mails are working fine, bb messenger and internet too, the only thing that is not working is the calendar. I have wiped the BB several times and installed the mail accounts trying to make them work but nothing!

Jun 28, 2011had BB for 3 weeks now and gettign more and more confused unfortunately All I want to know is how I can, once in a while make a backup of my contacts and calendar an my desktop.
I emailed before and used 'synchronising' as a term,b ut am now wondering as seems more confusing with email needed etc.I used to have Palm Pilot with which you just connected to the cable, pressed a button and everything was in line on desktop and visible. Here, wehn i tried backup, it was in a program my desktop couldn't read, and the syncornising document I have received is even worse, not only does it not seem to work, but from the comments form others it seems a mess.
I didn't expect this to be such a big issue and am gettign reallt frustrated

Oct 24, 2011We did 2 upgrades and now some black calendar are not synching naymore with outlook.
Here's our setting We had Blackberry Enterprise server professionnal 4.0.17 or something like that we upgraded to Blackberry server Express 5.0.3 MR 1 (Bundle 19) for Exchange server
we had Microsoft Exchange 2003 and we upgraded to 2010 Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Version 14.1.218.15 with service pack installed Update Rollup 5 SP1 and Update Rollup 4-V2 SP1
The issue is with some Blackberry device when you add something to the Black Calendar it's not showing up into Outlook calendar.
I tried to removed every cical ligne into the services book and resend the service book from the blackberry server, had no luck
I tried these steps :On the BlackBerry smartphone, open the Calendar application.Click the Menu button and click Options.Set the Wireless Synchronization option to No.Click the Menu button and click Save.Set the Wireless Synchronization option to Yes.Click the Menu button and click Save. Turning wireless calendar synchronization on and off will reset the calendar database on the BlackBerry smartphone.Create a calendar entry in Microsoft Outlook and verify that the entry wirelessly synchronizes to the BlackBerry smartphone.no luck too.

I have multiple calendars on the phone so wonder if it has something to do with that?rhaps there is a way that each calendar has to be set to keep appointments forever?owever, it looks to me likethe option "keep appointments forever" applies to all calendars.ll the support info I can find just says the problem comes from having the calendar set to delete appointments prior to a certain date, but this is not the case here.

Oct 6, 2011In the past week or so, I have noticed that my Outlook (for Mac 2011) calendar is syncing to the wrong day on my Curve. All of the inconsistencies appear to be custom reoccurring appointments (every fourth Monday etc.). All of these reoccurring appointment seem to land on the first week of the month - so a fourth Monday lands on the first Monday etc. This seemed to happen before I attempted to resync the device.
I have backed up my Curve, deleted the calendar files and resynced the files. I am using BB dektop software 2.1.3.

However, the dates of some items (created in Outlook) are not consistent between Outlook and the Blackberry. For example, for this Friday 28 October, I have an all day appointment and it appears correctly in Outlook. On my Blackberry, the same appointment is dated Thursday 27 October and appears on both Thursday and Friday.

Jan 4, 2010I own a BB Curve 8520. Before having setup the BIS, I could synchronize all my Outlook stuff with the device (contacts, tasks, calendar, ...) via USB as well as bluetooth.
Since I have set up BIS, I can still synchronize my contacts with Outlook, but even when I configure the Calendar to be synched as well, nothing happens. No errors are shown in the log. Seems that the calendar sync is just skipped.

Sep 30, 2011I recently added my personal email to my blackberry. It is a @gmail.com address. My calendar also synced with the Google calendar, which I did not want it to do. I normally sync my calendar with Outlook on my desktop. I went to sync with Outlook today and none of my calendar entries are syncing. If on look on my device all of the entries are marked as being xxx@gmail.com entries. How can I change all of these entries back to sync with Outlook instead?
