My OH has treated me to a new blackberry curve 9300, I'm on 02 payg but cant get online. I have the 3G in the corner and have no idea what to do .Do I have to get settings sent to me from 02?

I can get it up and running for a short period if I reboot the phone. I have checked that BIS is connected. Roaming data services are on. I have cleared the cache, cookies, and history from the browser. I recently upgraded the blackberry messenger service and these problems seem to have started at about the same time. Is this a coincidence? Perhaps it is a problem with my service provider?

Originally it was telling me there was a communication error, now it's saying unable to connect to internet, please try again later. I've tried restarting it, turning the networks on and off, everything. Signal is perfect; I can still send/recieve texts, just not emails or access the internet.
