I do not own a Blackberry myself, but need to send several files to a user who owns a Blackberry.
May you tell me what is the optimal format (PDF, doc, pages, etc) for sending files to a Blackberry user so you may view a text only document in the best manner? Additionally, is there any font style or size which is optimal?
When I open up most apps that have pictures, words I find a white band across the screen that does not let me view the whole document/page. This makes reading the news on CBC, or my son's blog impossible!

I bought myself the nokia 5530 last week, and today I tried to open a pdf file, and the phone couldn't open it. I thought it had a document viewer and I checked it again on the Nokia site for it's specifications. There it was under specs "document viewer". Now my question is: How do I install it. Because I checked everywhere and I can't find that app on my phone. It also is not included on the CD which came with the package.I bought myself the 5530 because it had a document viewer. I like to have my slides with me of the class I'm attending, I hated to bring my laptop to class everyday for just the slides which is why I bought this phone.

On my Lumia 1020, long press on an office file and pop up menu gives an option to Pin To Start. Is this possible on 950? Because I can't get it to do that.

Can someone tell me shortcut keys for Zoom In & Out in Adobe LE 2.5 ? Since the firware upgrade pressing the optinav key does not zoom the document. Only way now is to use options and press zoom to activate zoom in & out.

I am chasing a versatile mobile for some extensive travel. Beside music and pictures and GPS (and Radio) I am after one that can do some simle word processing and spreadsheets- for travel diaries and budgets etc. From reading the information I can't tell if the 5800 can do this with its limited internal memory. I am using PC suite and ovi.I have backed up my phone etc, but I was wondering if its possible to save msgs in a word document or some sort of printable text form? When i export the msgs, they save as vmg files? Is it possible to have them in a word document and even in conversation form?

I have a BlackBerry Curve 8530 with Sprint, and recently I have been unable to view MMS pics. All that comes through is an MMS with the pic file name in the subject and the sender's caption in the body. There is no option to download the file in the menu. I have the following apps installed: NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile (Ver 2.0.54), Pandora (ver 1.1.6), Sprint Navigation (ver 2.8.0.1199) and The Weather Channel (ver 1.1). A battery pull won't work and my security settings are fine.
I have the blackberry curve, I received it yesterday and took about 8 pictures and I can view them on my media files.Today I took pictures however I couldn't see them in my media picture files. When I receive or take pictures I casnnot view them.
I am unable to view my SMS (Both Sent and Received). Not getting any notification also. If i compose SMS after sending it disappears. Has anyone ever tried "Evince Document Viewer" from the "Extras devel" repository? I was messing about with it this morning and discovered that pressing Ctrl+P brings up a print dialog. It's now got me wondering if there are any plans to enable printing of documents straight to printer.
I am trying to open emailed picture attachments and I'm getting the message "The document conversion failed". I did a battery pull and checked my BIS (not sure why I did that). What does this mean? Is some sort of server down?
