View 1 Replies View RelatedI created playlists on my iPhone 5, but iTunes only shows an older playlist with songs no longer on my iPhone, instead of the new playlists with the new songs. The Sync option under the iPhone Music tab in iTunes seems to be a computer-to-iPhone option only.Â
I don't care if it's iTunes or something else, I need an efficient way to backup a copy of my playlists (not necessarily the songs, just the lists of songs) for future reference and ideally with export/import options.Â
1) Is there any way to fix iTunes to show the playlists and allow them to be exported?
2) If no, are accessible copies of the playlists included somewhere in iPhone backups?
3) If no, is there an app that can accomplish the task of backing up these playlists?
Is there any way of transferring 720p vids from the camera roll to pc wirelessly without compressing them? Airsharing compresses them poorly. Not sure about FTP on the go. Anyone know of a way of doing it? I dont mind paying a few quid

I figured the way to do that would be to somehow merge my phone contacts into my Google Contacts on my MacBook (however, I do not want to merge my Gmail Contacts into my phone, as there are 100s of contacts there I do not want/need on my phone, so I am proceeding cautiously). Under Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar >iCloud. I have Contacts "On" (but have not done an iCloud backup FWIW because I am not sure my data is less than 5gb). Doing this alone does not work.

My computer's hard drive and backup drive both malfunctioned at the same time, and I've lost a lot of the mp3 files that still live on my iPhone4. And in Windows XP--no jokes please--the iPhone files on the windows explorer only shows photos, no music...again, not a very smart design.
