View 2 RepliesWhen I first purchased my 8530 the app world was working fine. Suddenly it quit working and no matter what I try to download it tells me that it's not available from the app world.

Im able to connect to the my wifi but when i go to the browser to search it tells me that it is unable to find the requested server. I also have no blackberry App World and I tried downloading it from the computer but it would not transfer to the phone even though the usb was plugged in?

And facebook app say there are connection connect with wifi or upgrade ur data plan. What is that O.oRadio Apps Won't Work TOo. View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I log in on a different phone, it asks if I would like that device to be the new device to download apps on. Would it be baad to do click "yes" and if I did click "yes" would I be able to switch to a different account but keep whatever i downloaded onto my device?
Sounds a bit confusing.But here's the thing, I want to purschase the app BeBuzz and so does my sister. We don't want to purchase the same app twice. I know its only $6 but I'd still like to save as much money as I can. Anyways, if I purchase it on my device and then sign in as myself on HER device and "reinstall" it onto her device, would it delete after I switch accounts?I hope somebody understands what I am asking. If necessary, I'll try to reword it with more clarity.
My app world just doesn't want to work it does not give me a log in option it wants to log in by itself then it gives me this message "there is a problem with the current session. Please log in to continue. (Error Id: 30702)" I've logged in on my computer and it logs in there but not on the phone self I've tried everything.

View 3 Replies View RelatedAlright, I have had my Blackberry Curve 9300 3G for about 6 months now, and never had problem. Recently, I have been noticing my App World is freezing when I try to download or update my applications. See, I am trying to download Twitter to my phone, and every time I click "download" it says "please wait". It stays like this forever, and I can't press the back button or blackberry menu button. Occasionally, it tells me I need a Blackberry Identity update, which I can't seem to get access to either. After this happens, I can't do anything on the App store, yet I can still run the phone, its just the App store that is frozen. I restart my phone after this, and it resets everything, just to have it happen again. I know I have the Identity update, and all my software is up to date as well.

Since then App World application is not working nor is the Email Settings working. Even though on giving my passwords to Vodafone all mails are now working but not the settings if I have to edit them.

I've downloaded the new BlackBerry OS6 software for my Pearl 9105, however, since then, I can't access App World, when selected it just gets stuck, BlackBerry Protect is also having problems, I get the error message 'Error starting net_rim_bb_dryad_gui: Symbol 'Security.device UnderAttack' not found.'
I've uninstalled App World and reinstalled but still have the same problem.
Just before Christmas I download the newest version of BB app world. Version 3.1.056. As soon as it was done I wanted to check it out.I started the app, went through some of the required entries and then got to the legal page where you need to agree or disagree. Well of course I agreed.The paged said please wait (Hour glass) and voila I'm back at the agreement page. Humm, okay let's agree again, and again, and again, and again. Well it appears my clicking of agree doesn't register as an "AGREE" so I think the update didn't work right.
Delete the app and download it again, and again and again, and still unable to get pass the legal agreement page. Okay lets email BlackBerry support for help. weeks later I have no reply.
Currently I have no App world loaded on my phone and I'm looking for an older version to download for now so I can download apps.
The App World does not open. I can try to open it and it shows running (apparently in the background); but, it never comes up so I can do anything with it. I have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail.
I don't know whether it is related or not; but, I keep getting this error most every time I have to reboot my BlackBerry Torch:Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(104) is not responding: process terminated
On Vodafone in UK, and my Storm worked fine with the old App world. Then the new version came out. I've downloaded it umpteen times, and have created a BB ID. I log in correctly into App world on the Storm, and I just get the "loading" screen and cannot get past this. This has been going on for weeks. I thought there was a fault with the phone, but the store manager said he has been having exactly the same problem and that it is a problem at the BB end of things. When will RIM get this sorted out?
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I sign in blackberry app world or when I go to options, device and then bb id it doesn't even sign in there, before 2 weeks I was able to sign in, but now it says Unable to log in to your BlackBerry ID account. du is my carrier and previously I owned a blackberry 9700 and I transferred my data into my bb 9900 but at that time I was able to sign in into my account but now I cant. I cannot download any app I have to download it by a computer and that takes a lot of time. What Should I do?
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy BB was hang for a day last week so, I returned to the shop for service and 3 days later they msn me and told me that I will have a new phone for replacement. I thought all the problem I had before should be resolved but it didnt!!
1) I had problem with browser before and this "new phone" have the same problem!! (I dont think they replace a new phone for me - i think they only replace the casing )Error message: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request - the server could not understand the page request, or was unable to process it for some reason . Try to log in a different page"
2) BB Apps world - it was working before I sent the devise to the shop for service but now this "new phoen" wont work and error message on display : You must upgrade this version of BB App World to contiune - then I click "download" after 30 seconds then I received the same error message HTTP Error 400 : .....

It has served me well in India and other countries in that a local simm card could be used to reduce roaming charges. Recently in Africa I had no service. It also prompted to insert a simm card. The moment I returned to Toronto I had full service again. Would an operating system update fix this new bug ? If so, is where can I download the fix?
