I updated my app world yesterday and since it has rebooted my phone won't work it is stuck on the screen I can't use my trackpad or go to the menu but I have tried taking the battery out and it's still the same and it's been on charge all day but I only have a iPad 2 so can't plug my phone to the computer.

When i come to download App world it says "It doesnt have the right software" I do not have a service plan, Is this to blame? I live in the UK, Im on Orange. My software is up to date?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI got a problem in my trackpad, my trackpad doesn't work totally, I try to restore my old back up and it works again then suddenly when I update my bb app world it my trackpad doesn't work again, I try to delete applications that I think that may causes malfunctioning or freezing my trackpad, then, I totally wipe out my bb, but the problem is still the same, trackpad doesn't work, I am using OS6, I don't know whats the cause of this problem, I try to put my backup files again and trackpad doesn't work anymore when i wipe my bb.

I gave it all night to finish loading but doesn't go further than "blackb-", the last part (-erry) just wont load Obviously Desktop Software doesn't detect the phone when i connect it via USB so i can't back up my files.

I've wiped the devices memory and its not possible to connect to the computer as for it connect it requires me to put a password in on my BB and since it is frozen it dosent allow me to choose this option.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy fiance's phone is having issues, i've been trying to get a backup created and do an os upgrade on the phone to the latest release but I'm having no luck. everytime i hook the phone up to a system (have tried 3 with the same issue) the phone reboots once the drivers are loading on the system for the phone. This continues to happen as the phone is loading up and puts the phone into a loop until i unhook the phone from usb. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas how i could get a backup for the phone to atleast save her contacts and other information, or any idea what i can do to get a new os loaded.

View 2 Replies View RelatedLast night my Curve 8520 crashed on me while I was deleting some old applications and restarting. When trying to restart it was giving me an error. After a little research I found the steps to fix it by completely reinstalling the OS. After downloading the OS to my computer and getting it installed to the phone I found it was quite a bit different than the old OS, and I made sure to select the correct service provider. Anyways, needless to say, I lost all my apps and phone numbers, but the apps and email info were saved on my desktop software. I haven't been able to get the apps back onto the phone though and when trying to open App World on my phone it stays on the loading screen and goes no further. I have tried starting it over many times, pulled the battery and such but no luck.

I then received conflicting messages saying 1) that the download failed (error 907 wrong COD) and followed by 2) Download successful, hold down the esc key to return to home screen.
