My wife has a BB RIM Curve 9220 same as mine, her problem is that the Power Button or the End Call button no longer respond. It can no longer end a call. Resetting the BB does nothing.

I have iphone4, since quiet good time and the home button have defect in response, most of the time when I am in middle of app and wanna return to home screen, when I press it wont take me there but after the second or third pressing it respond. I believe there a dirt inside or something like that, cause almost 1.5 year since I bought it.

Okay, so no big deal I can retype but then it freezes on the White & Blue Nokia screen (no handshake).I tried shut it down, didn't respond. I took out the battery as the last resort.I put the battery back and tried to restart again. So. My Xperia is on (I can hear the notification ringtone go off whenever my phone gets a text message or a Facebook message) but it won't respond when I push the power button to light/wake up the screen. This started happening at 9PM and it is now 1:30AM. I don't know what to do.
View 9 Replies View RelatedMy Xperia Z2's screen work perfectly fine until I need to make a call. The second i hit the person's name on the call log, the screen becomes black, eccentially shutting off and not allowing me to turn it back on until the call has ended. The only way for me to end call is to press the power button. And if I do not have the setting on to do so, the power button still does not allow me to turn on the screen.
Now, I thought it was something wrong with the proximity censor (as in a Hardware fault, explained in the back story) until yesterday when i woke up and suddenly I could make a call with the screen on, but now the person on the other side was not recieving my Audio (but my phone mic was still working). After turning my phone off and back on, it reverted back to being able to make a call, but not being able to use the screen.
im using minimalOs as a rom , no modification everything is stock but keep getting lags and the phone does not respond at all the only way to go is a long press on the power button to reboot. i've been experiencing the same issue with many lollipop roms even the factory one is there any solution or hint to shed some light.

When my iPhone receives a missed call, it shows a screen that asks you to accept that you received a missed call and then it takes you to a "missed call menu" from which you can do things like "call back in 5" "send "who is it" " etc.What happens is that instead of doing this, my phone goes haywire and starts flickering the screen and acting unresponsive to what I do. It's very annoying as each time I have to do a hard reset.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently bought a Blackberry Curve 8530 last month, and everything has been going smoothly up until the past week or so.Every time I hit the "End Call" button it results in the Blackberry typing out the letters "NM" repeatedly. If I keep hitting it, it just types out "Nmnmnmnmnmnmnm" ... I have tried a battery pull, multiple times. I've tried a software update. I don't know what else I can do to fix it.
It's driving me insane, I'm in love with my new BB (first time user!), but this is really killing the enjoyment. I've read about this problem with other phones and I'm worried it might move on to other letters and keys, forcing me to not be able to use the phone at all.If anybody can help me I'd greatly appreciate it. I've combed these forums for hours looking for a solution, but to no avail. Someone want to give a BB newbie a break?
