I Constantly have the spinning second hand on my screen...I have turned off the phone, removed the battery, i tried to transfer my data to my pc to totally reset my device but i keep getting an error on my laptop that it can not transfer my info...
View 12 RepliesI bought a 2nd hand 8900 but it doesn't have the wizard to set ip my email I've looked in all options and menus but there is nothing for email. I set up blackberry in my company and I wonder if this device is set to enterprise activation instead of other activations. I called my carrier o2 but the weren't helpful and said it was because I was on the wrong tariff and didn't have an o2 email address. I've wiped the device could updating the software out this back? It doesn't show a carrier when I start it up I think it was originally purchased as a sim free device. Any thoughts?
View 5 Replies View RelatedSo, I had an issue with my Photo App. One of the videos I took would not upload to OneDrive. Come to find out the video was corrupted - when I tried to play it on my 950, it was stutter and jump around. Took out the SD card and tried it on my computer. Same issue. One of the symptoms of this corrupted video is that the circular refresh arrows on the bottom of the Photo App kept spinning. Opening the OneDrive App and checking the camera uploads would show that the video failed uploading. After deleting that video and clearing the error in OneDrive, it appears that the uploads continued without issue. However, when I launch the Photo App now, I still get the spinning refresh arrows at the bottom of the app. But, opening the OneDrive app no longer shows any pending uploads.

It sometimes works perfectly but then i try and press a button on the left hand side of the screen and it chooses the one at the right-hand side. This obviously makes everything very difficult! Any ideas as to why this might be/how I could repair it? I've tried the touch screen calibration about 10 times, it sorts it out for about a minute.I can send it to Nokia to replace but I could really do without sending my phone away

no software updates available, new radio shack battery, trackball brought back to life 7 or 8 times & still working.

It is stuck on google logo with the four dots spinning infinitely.
I've tried downgrading it. it was a success but I don't have signal "baseband " i think. And can't open playstore, camera and gallery on version stock 4.4 .
When I try upgrading it from stock ver 4.4 to lollipop still the problem is the same. I am running out of options .
Having problem after upgrading to IOS 5.1 and restoring from old backup on my iphone 3GS. The spinning wheel will keep on appearing and disappearing at the lock screen.

For the last two weeks my curve is showing I have 6 unread email messages yet I have none.I searched the forum and it's not call logging as I had that turned off.Anybody have an idea what's causing this? I have double checked all my email accounts all to know avail.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a BB curve 8320, version 4.5.0.81.I have visited Tmobile, they replaced the SIMM card.I have a 4gb memory card, yet my phone is constantly in the "spinning hour glass mode" and unable to use.I thougth perhaps it was something to do with service in the Austin TX area, but it happened the entire week I was in Colorado and California.This makes the phone useless--what to do?The only solution I have found is to remove and reinsert the battery but this is a pain and soemtimes it does not work.My phone is spinnign right now. And yes, I do a quickpull on it nightly as suggested by T mobile.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI purchased my blackberry 8900 in December 2010 in a small island. I went back to jamaica two weeks after it went completely blank (Screen whites out). When its blank I cant do anything with it even after several battery pulls. Sometimes when i pull the battery it loads up and then goes back blank.
In order for it to come up I have to connect the charger and the screen stays on. (lol.i thought this was suppose to be a mobile phone) It cant stay up with out the charger being connected.I have no warranty on the phone.

Not done a download off the computer for many months, went to change some music, it says new download to the phone is needed. It got past the loading page and got stuck on the Tmobile startup screen. I cannot see my main home screen and pressing any of the buttons does not work either. Yet i can hear text messsages coming to my phone but cannot see them. Before the Tmobile startup screen a message appears saying 'media card inserted.' I took it out and it said 'media card removed.' I have restarted my blackberry by taking the battery out many times now it is not loading to the homepage.

I have purchased this blackberry from Amazon last christmas and it has been out of use for 5 months now. I cannot even turn the device on now, it barely has the white screen anymore, it pops up for less than a minute, then the device turns itself off. I just add some language to our phone via BB desktop manager. It worked well. But, after I turn off BB and pull battery out, then leave it for a while then put battery back, it become booting forever.
