Apr 14, 2010I send a lot of different texts and I want it all arranged under one name, instead of having like 7 or 8 messages under one message if you get what I am trying to say here.

Apr 10, 2010I sent a SMS text message to another verizon user and it was recieved, but there is no little D next to the check mark. So can somebody tell me what this little D means, and if my sms text was recieved and it was sent to another verizon user, why is there no little D?

Jun 26, 2010I couldn't find what I was looking for searching, so sorry for the new thread..I need to retrieve deleted text messages from the past month from one person in particular. I've done search after search on my phone and it's only giving me the messages I've sent to that person and not their messages.
Is there a way to pull these messages or do I need some sort of software? I haven't done a backup for a few months since I only use it as a phone and for Facebook.Please tell me there is someway to pull these messages. I need to catch this perp now and report him to my pastor.
BB Curve 83xx :: 8330 Sending Photos Using Text Messages?
Jan 16, 2010Does anyone have problems sending photos using text messages?? Sometimes people receive them and other times they do not. I have one person that has an iphone and she can never receive a photo from me but yet she can send them fine. I just had someone send me a photo just now and I was trying to forward it to everyone on my contact list and it would not send it. Very frustrating. I never had this problem on my other phones.

Jan 30, 2010I'm currently away at college in an extended network but the whole 2 years I have been here I have never had a problem with service until this week.
My phone gets text messages and can receive calls at certain time but after a while if you try to make a call or send a text it won't go thru even though I have full bars or close to it.
Its weird I have service for like half an hour then suddently it stops. I have asked people with blackberrys who have verizon in the area and they aren't having any problems.
I have tried taking out the battery/Reset. It worked a few times but these last few days it has not solved the problem.
I already spoke to Verizon and they tried to do some troubleshooting with me.
My phone was working after I talking with Verizon but the problem keeps reoccurring.
Im in an area where I can't call 228 so even when my phone is working I cant update the software.
BB Curve 83xx :: Retrieving Text Messages From Broken Phone / Need Texts For Court
Jan 7, 2010My Wife has an 8310 with a broken data/charge port and we need to save the text messages off of the phone to be used in court. Is there any way to save the text messages to the media or sim card? She already has a new 8310 and she has to return the old phone (with the messages) to the warranty company. She was emailing some of the text messages but for some reason she can no longer email from that phone.Any an dall help will be appreciated.

Mar 18, 2015Since the Lollipop update (I know, I know...) my group text messages haven't been downloading. Sometimes I'll see the MMS trying to download but it just times out and I never see it.
But then tonight I found out that I wasn't receiving any text messages from my roommates. The individually sent texts would come through but not the group ones.
Verizon ended up having me do a hard reset and it still didn't work.
The kicker though, my roommates turned off the iMessage/turn to regular SMS on their iPhones and app future text messages started coming through.
But I wasn't getting text messages from others with Androids too. It seems to be only on group messages though.

When I receive a multimedia group text, the texts only show the originators number and not the other Group numbers.
This phone is a SAMSUNG GALAXY 6, using Android 5.0.2
Other suggested truning on Group Conversation or Group Messaging in the settings , but that option does not appear.
The instructions I received are below , but like I said, it did not show up on the settings.Is there a difference in the Android versions that would cause the menu to be different or the setting to located somewhere else?
1.) Go to main screen
2.) Go to messages
3.) tap MORE AT TOP RIGHT OF SCREEN
4.) SELECT Settings
5.) SELECT MORE SETTINGS
6.) SELECT MULTIMEDIA MESSAGES
7.) TURN GROUP CONVERSATION ON

Jan 2, 2010I have a 2 year old 8320 with about 1000 saved messages on it that i need to print up. The problem that I am having is the messages that were sent to my tmo.blackberry email address that are saved to my phone I cannot find to save to a computer. I have tried forwarding the saved messages to another email address but when I do I get a red "X" and it says "Unlisted message error". Any help would be appreciated, I am going through a nasty divorce and I need all of these messages for court.

May 27, 2010I installed a memory card to my blackberry curve. Under status for media card, it says that all the space is free. But my bb shows that memory is full. It's doing that great thing where is randomly erases messages and numbers in my call log. I don't know why it is not using the memory card since i have 3.6gb free on the card. May 20, 2010I have a new Blackberry 8310 os 4.5 recently updated , and I have some problems with my phone is RESTARTING & Restarting dunno why some error messages:
"Device error 424"
"ABORT DATA-reset"
"JVM error 514 .JNI Argument error"
Used multiloader , Crackmem , JL_Cmder. All this things won't work. and the surprise when my Blackberry is plugged on my PC working like a new Blackberry with no errors nothing, and when I unplug the USB the errors come back and reset.

Feb 23, 2010I'm new to the site, I just got my first blackberry about a week ago, an 8330 on the virgin mobile network here in Canada.I have already done the upgrade to OS 5.0, and love the differance. a friend of mine who has a Storm found vlingo app, but they want to charge 19.99 for a year of service. I can be in mid conversation ad then not hear back from them for like 30 to an hour and they think I'm ignoring them.
