just got a replacement phone as my other one stopped working - have installed all back up stuff from the computer, but can set up emails as it say - registered user enter user name and password and I can't remember them ... how do I recover them or rest so i can access my email accounts?

I have 3 e-mail accounts going to this phone and each has a new password. I do not know what my user name is, I set it up 2 years ago...how do I retreive my username? when I click on "forgot password" it says the password has been sent to my phone, but I never receive it.
I have been trying to download apps but that isn't working out because the user-id password is not being accepted. I tried that 5times then changed the password and tried again but it still won't work.

The MEID is clean so I don't believe it to be stolen. My problem is, how do I remove the password? I've tried for hours entering random 4 digit passwords and nothing so far. My apple iPhone continues to ask for an old user's password when I need to update an app. The previous user was my daughter and all of her info was removed from the iPhone, her email, passwords to accounts on the iPhone, etc. Sometimes it requests my own password, but usually asks for hers. About three weeks ago I upgraded my BB from Curve 9300 to 9380. I copied settings using desktop software and transferred over to my new device. All apps reinstalled fine and I set five email accounts including 3 (business emails) provided through a hosting account with Media Temple. These all work fine and still do.My old phone was to be given to a colleague, so I reset the device and put all setting back to default and followed the process indicated for a new SIM. When we tried to set up email on the old device (9300) it wouldn't work giving an error message stating unable to verify account contact email provider. I am the administrator of the email accounts so I know that the settings are correct., the network provider reset all settings for email etc and BIS account details etc are all correct. The email account works through outlook and can be accessed via webmail and we've tried password change and even deleted and set a new email account up but still the same problem - error message stating user or password incorrect.
I hoped that this was a problem with the settings on the old device (9300) which we could pin down and resolve however it seems not to be as now when I try to set up a new email account on my new device (9380) I get the same problem!User password error - when the details entered are 100% correct and on a device which I successfully set up the same type of email account!
Last night I pulled my S5 out of my pocket and there is a new lock screen that tells me "To unlock, enter the recovery password" I am very about locking my phone before putting it in my pocket, so I find it very hard to believe that I accidentally mistyped my PIN multiple times. I don't ever remember setting up a recovery password, and have tried every combination of passwords I might have used. I tried the google device manager. When I attempt to lock the phone with GDM, I get this message, "Google has verified that a screen lock has already been set, the password you entered wont be needed"
Every time I try the wrong recovery password, it tells me I entered the incorrect recovery password 1 time and all data will be erased. The only way to avoid this is to pull the battery and try another password. I have searched all over the place and cannot find a solution. I have found 1 other person that had the same problem and ended up wiping their phone. I am trying to avoid that.
I've looked around on the net but have not been able to find a solution to this problem.Using an N8 (on Nokia Belle), the WLAN settings does not seem to provide any place to specify the username and password for a proxy based network (Note:this is not the pre-shared key for the WLAN, but the username and password asked by the proxy server). When the browser is used, it prompts for the username and password and then works. However other applications cannot connect to this network as they seemingly lack this feature and the phone does not make this globally available.Nokia Configuration Tool (NCT) 6.3 seems to allow placement of username and password values. When configuration is transferred back to phone, NCT shows successfully configured, but this does not seem to be the case when the settings are used by the phone.

I backed up every contact and messages on to my Memory card and after the reset Memory card asks for a password...Guys please help and plz do't give sugessions to format memory card as i have all the USEFUL data on it..By the way i only connect mobile to PC via USB cable i don't have a seperate CARD reader.
