The charging contacts on my Bold 9900 do not work properly. I already had problems with the blackberry charging pod, but that seemed to be a mechanical problem with the pod. It is poorly designed and the contacts are simply not properly connected. Now I have a charging problem with my new BMW snap-in adapter. The Blackberry is not charged. The contacts of the adapter fit well (contacts of the device are connected to the contacts of the adapter) and they are clean, the adapter delivers the correct 5 volts, but nothing happens.
I have a Bold 9900. The contacts icon on my screen doesnot work. The phone hangs whenever i select the contacts icon. There are no memory issues. Even tried removing the battery.

I am trying to transfer contacts from Outlook 2010 to BB 9900 Bold with no luck. I do however receive an message stating, "Microsoft Office Outlook Click-to-Run has been detected, Before you can synchronize your data with MS Outlook you need to switch to an MSI-based edition of Office"
We took delivery yesterday of a Bold 9900 to replace my daughters 8520. We thought it would be easy to get going but it appears that contacts on her phone can only be copied one at a time to her SIM which we will then have to put in her new Bold 9900. O2 suggested there was an option to do all the contacts in one go but we cant see that! I tried installing the desktop software on her laptop from her original curve CD. We then went through a series of updates, crashed her curve enentually got it working again) and ended up non the wiser. What is the safest and most reliable method of backing up and then copying Contacts to her new phone. Not to worried about other stuff as she can reinstall facebook etc and a can copy photos on to her PC.
I have a BB Bold 9900, i need to sync the contacts from the device to outlook 2010. I have disabled wireless sync for the contacts from the device. Once i start the sync, i get the message saying "Check permission on exchange and try again". what i need to do on outlook to get this done.
Yesterday I upgraded my Bold 9000 to Bold 9900. The transition went smooth, with one exception - the Notes field size in Contacts is much smaller than in Bold 9000 and the text in that field got truncated.. I keep customer service logs in that field and the major reason for upgrading was the possibility of fast scrolling to the end of the Notes field to add new records. Now this purpose is irrelevant since the data entered in this field in Bold 9000 doesn't even fit in it in Bold 9900. If I don't find a workaround, I will have to revert to my Bold 9000 and return the new device.
I can't link all my face book profile pictures to my contacts on my 9900.Only the contacts , that own a black berry can be seen. I have Blackberry services activated, could it be conflicting with the settings
All I have left from my old BlackBerry Bold 9000 is the IPD backup files (I no longer have the phone). Can I transfer the contacts from these backup files to my new BlackBerry Bold 9650?
AT&T replaced my defective Curve 9300. I have already sent back the old phone but I did a backup right before doing so. I'd like to put the contacts from that backup onto the new Curve however the Switch Device Wizard won't do it without connecting the old phone. How do I get the contacts from that backup file onto my new device?
