Can anyone tell me if its possible to add a second calendar to my BB? I'd like to add my Managers calendar so that if I am not in front of my notebook I can still see his availability
View 3 RepliesRecently I have been unable to sync my Blackberry calendar with my Outlook 2010 calendar. I am getting a message "calendar not installed" when I synch my organizer files. My other organizer files synch okay. I am able to make calendar entries on my device and on Outlook but unable to synch calendars. I tried everything I could think of.

Well, I like my calendar to appear on my today screen but not just the default calendar entries, I want to truly capture my day on the today screen. With my limited BB knowledge I think this may be the easiest way to achieve what I am loooking for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
View 5 Replies View RelatedThe calendar is not syncing wireless with outlook 2010 calendar, I followed the instructions manual, but the option menu in calendar does not show any wireless sync option (tickmark)!
the only options are showing only the following:
- Calendar Display
- Conference calling
- Date & Time
- Accounts:
*email account1
*email account2
*email account3
#Appointment color
#display reminder
#number of entries
the email account is already defined as the default account for calendar (CICAL)!! My colleauge have 9790 using the same server, and the same setting, and the calendar is sync properly through wireless. I tried sync throug bb Desktop Manager, it worked. I dont have BES, so I set up my Microsoft Exchange email as internet based account. the emails are being sync properly between handheld and the server.
I tried to sync up the calendar between my calendar and the gmail calendar. Since the sync -up my normal calendar does not open saying there is a process error. Also Moxier calendar does not show anything in the calendar though I have given the right server name for google.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI got a new BB 9700 Bold yesterday and having problems with setting up the sync for the calendar and the contacts which are on my outlook. My hotmail email accounts are working okay. The outlook is on my PC and is the front face for my hotmail accounts.
When I go in to the BB Desktop device manager - version 5.0.1 (latest version) , I go in to the configure option on the left and it lets me click on calendar> then I select outlook and it then lets me select 'finish'. However at this stage an error box flashes up saying 'no available message stores'.
In addition when I check the wifi config on the calendar and contacts icons on the BB device it will not let me select yes on the wireless connection for them.
Twice in the past week or so, my calendar on my phone has been wiped completey clean! This is so inconveniant because I keep all my appointments and kids activities in it! I've had a blackberry for 6 years and this has never happened before and of course my year warranty has conveniantly just expired when this problem began.

Currently i'm using my Blackberry calendar to keep me updated about my appointments. However, I would like to access this calendar on my Mac aswell, is there any way of doing this properly? I've tried the Ical --> Google Calendar --> Blackberry Calendar way, but it doesn't seem to work. If possible I would like to have the possiblity to sync this agenda from Blackberry to Mac and vice versa. Ow, by the way, I do not necessarily need the Blackberry calendar.

I soon discovered that my entries were being deleted (even though they were tagged to stay in the calendar Forever).About a year ago I shifted to the Bold 9790.A good phone, everything is fine, EXCEPT, my calendar entries are still being deleted.Is there any solution for this?I use my calendar religiously to store appointments and am finding my history being deleted. View 1 Replies View RelatedI have my blackberry bold connected to my facebook which i like alot but the calendar notifications really bother me because it makes a huge mess when im getting texts. I tried unchecking the "sync calendar to facebook option" but they still keep coming. I delete the full calendar using blackberry desktop software, but the calendar will come back in 3 days or so, even if i dont press the back-up option. It is a huge inconvenience to have to delete them all every few days and i have no use of the blackberry calendar for anything. I am completely lost and i just need a way to get rid of the calendar entries permanently, or take them off my notifications.

We are using MS Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry Entriprise Server- 4.1 We have checked from online and got many solution, but its not working.
We have checked cdo.dll version and found different version between Exchange and BES. We have copied from Exchange to BES, registerad cdo.dll, then restart BES services, but unfortunately its not working.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just went from an old blackberry curve 8310 to the new 9900 and the calendar doesn't wake my phone anymore. In my old 8310 and in the new 9900 are set to sleep and wake a pre-definied times in my old phone if an event is scheduled in my calendar the phone will wake up and the calendar event will ring but on the new one the phone sleep untill the pre-defined time and ring for the calendar event that was scheduled earlier(ie my phone wake up at 7AM but one day i set something in my calendar at 6AM, the new phone doesnt wake untill 7 and ring for the missed appointment that was scheduled at 6AM. On my old 8310 it would wake at 6 and ring for that event) My question Is:Can I change an option somewhere that I can set so that the calendar behave like the same way as my old phone and wake my device and ring when an event is scheduled and the phone is in sleep (I set up the 9900 to close and wake at pre-determined time and I want the phone to wake early if there's something in my calendar).

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've upgraded my 9700 to OS-6 from OS-5.When I was on OS-5 and on a call I could press Menu and scroll down the list until I got to Calendar, click and it opened the Calendar so I could check appointments while still on a call, this was pretty handy and I regarded it as essential to making my day easier to manage.Since upgrading to OS-6 I can't find how to access Calendar while engaged on a call probably something simple.

My service provider is O2. O2's support said this is a known problem and I should rebuild my Blackberry, but I am hoping for a less dramatic fix and one that sounds specific to my problem rather than a generic answer for a problem.
