Would like to use Blackberry Maps but the icon is nowhere on my home page or any folders. The software is there, as I have seen it on the applications list and when it was installed.
I found myself doing so much stuffs on my 9700 last nite, things that got me confusing at some point which made me sleep off. I woke up 2day to play music (as usual) and suddenly discovered that my default music icon isn't displayed, with just video, picture, video cam and etc just showing. I did a search on my home screen and discovered it, but it just wasn't showing normal, it showed faintly kind of although it still played my music from there. But still going through 'the media' again, its not showing...ts more like I have to always play my music through searching on my homescreen.
I just updated my 8530 software (I have sprint) and after the update the lock icon is no where to be found.I didn't remove or delete it to my knowledge and now can find it anywhere.
My browser icon is no where to be found on my phone. I can not locate it in the main menu or on my home screen. I have tried wiping my phone clean and reinstalling all apps, and no success. How do I get my browser icon back on my phone?
I have seen several people asking about voice memos app/icon, but still not viable/working solution. I can find Voice Memo app in "search" and work it from there, but why isn't it on any of my pages? How can I get the icon to show up for ease in use? I have an iPhone 4 with the latest update.
I have an E71X. Sent Ovi Store Application to my phone downloaded and installed without error message. However when I go to applications folder on my phone Ovi Store icon is nowhere to be found. Does anyone have any helpful information?
Just bought the Nokia 2220 as I wanted a plain straightforward no gimmicks phone. Put my o2 sim card in which works fine. I have read through the manual which isn't very comprehensive and one thing I cannot find related to a "G" icon on the display which I have no idea what it is. I have the signal strength, battery strength and then the locked icons and the "G" features after this on the top row.
I bought an HS-700 Bluetooth January 4, 2011. The thing does not work for **bleep**. But I hung onto this $130 piece of junk since one of the 5 I bluetooths I depend on for the 2 blackberries I depend on for work died leaving me desperate. Within 6 months and only being able to wear it at most 4 hours a day before the crappy battery dies, the gel ear piece has turned to sponge, something I have never had happen before, and the device will not stay in my ear. Blackberry support is nothing but RUDE. Didn't I hear they had huge losses last quarter? Wonder why? I can not find replacements anywhere, not Verzion, not Amazon,I even had my sister try A&T and TMobile where she lives. So have I bought a $130 piece of junk that is also only good fo 6 months since the critical part that connects it to my ear and makes it at all usable is done at 6 months or is there someone out there with replacement stabalizers?

I have followed all of the troubleshooting tips but DM manager still won't respond when my new 9900 is connected. I have no problems connecting my 9700 and PlayBook.
Trying to install my BB on my new laptop w/Windows 7 Professional. Tells me "device driver software not found," troubleshooting says driver not compatible with this version of Windows. I had no problem with my old Vista. Tried to register for support but since I can't get my phone onto my laptop it would not let me.
In DM (V4.6) when I go to Backup/Restore > Advanced my contacts are not found at all. My Calendar is there, SMS messages, etc, but my contacts simply don't appear at all. Any thoughts on why they are not showing up and how I can get them to be visible there?I would like to be able to choose them, among other individual db's for backup.
I have an AT&T Bold 9000 that I just updated. The OS (system software) is now version 5.0.0.822. Since upgrading, several things are working better than they have in a long while. However, I can't find my visual voicemail. Am I overlooking it, is it unsupported, or is there something I need to install or change to bring it back?
I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but I woke this morning to see my Yahoo email icon back on my home screen. Has anyone else gotten it back? And lastly, how do I change it back to a stock BB icon?
I just got the bold 9700 ver. 2 from ATT and don't have the phone icon. It is not hidden, I looked, and not in any other folder. All I have is a phone icon that is for Visual Voice Mail, which I am not signed up for and don't want to be. When I click the VVM icon it says do you want to sign up and I hit No and it just kicks me back to the main screen. How can I get rid of the Visual VM icon and get the Call log icon?
When I get a new SMS, it is the same as a new e-mail icon. However, this is not supposed to be so... SMS's are supposed to be a slanted envelop. I never had this problem with my old curve 8320. I've also had this icon issue since I got my phone several months ago. The icons remain the same no matter which OS version I use. I am on T-mobile.

I have a Bold 9000 that keeps going to contacts no matter what icon I click on.I tried upgrading the OS and the phone worked fine for about an hour and then went straight back to only going to contacts. The same thing happens when I downgrade.I am unable to make calls or do anything from the contacts list. The phone is basically unusable.
I have tried the upgrade and battery pull and restore from back up.Does anyone have any suggestions of what this could be and how to fix it.
