I'm having trouble sync-ing stuff. I did all my music and photos last night, and went on to my phone fine. Downloaded an app and afterwards everything disappeared. I have tried re-syncing, and it seems to think it is all on my phone, but nothing is listed under my music or photos.

how do I sync my photos FROM my iphone 5s to my itunes on my pc? Its only allowing me to do the opposite. In regards to my music, its showing that the music is on my iphone but it is not saving it to my itunes library.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just bought a Nokia 5530 Xpress Music and tried out syncing my phone's files using Ovi Suite so I can easily retrieve them if ever they get deleted when I update my phone's firmware. When I synced my files, everything else worked fine except for the music files and these are the following problems I encountered: Ovi Suite did not only copy my phone's music files to my pc, it also copied all the music files of my pc to my phone at the same time. This shouldn't happen right? Because I'm only trying to sync my phone's files to my computer, and not transfer files from my computer to my phone so it should only copy all the songs in my 5530 to Ovi Suite.

I wanted to put music on my phone so i went out and bought a micro sd card and tried to load music onto it using a usb to connect to my phone. I've tried literally just about everything. I switched over to USB Mass Storage mode and created a music folder and etc, etc,. But even after i put a couple of songs on the thing my phone still says there's nothing there. I also tried doing the Nokia Ovi Suite thing and apparently my phone model isn't compatible with it. I'm completely surprised by the lack of support from the manufacturing website.

Also, Ovi doen't delete my music on my Nokia N8 phone (I thought maybe that will enable sync option again?) I press delete it opens up the thing where it says it is deleting and then when I refresh all my music just comes back!

I thought it would be a good idea to sync my music via the Blackberry desktop program. however since i have done this my torch does not like it when i want to make a playlist from the music on my media card. I want my device to unsync, which i have tried to do many times via the desktop program and even tried to select "forget this device"

I just got my iPhone replaced because of a glitch. I took it into the Apple Store, and they replaced it with a brand new one. Before I sent the old one in, I synced my old one to my iTunes on my computer. When i got home from getting the new one, I plugged my new one in and it said I needed to "update the phone with the latest iOs 5.1 in order to Sync" So, I updated the phone, and went to Sync it, and all of my contacts showed up, but unfortunately, none of my Photos and Messages that were previously synced appeared. How to I find these photos and messages?

On the s4 i had when i synced my photos from facebook to my phone it always showed my photos in albums, Now on my S5 it shows photos from facebook as a whole which is frustrating searching thru 2000 photos to find the one i want.

Laptop's have a life of about 3/4 years and unfortuantly mine has 'kicked the bucket'. I need to get the pictures off of my phone with out sending all 1,000 odd to other people and spending all the mms costs. I just got a new iPhone today and I want to sync my photos on my computer to it. When I do, the photos go into the "iPod Photo Cache" AND the "Photo Library." Is there anyway to just get them in the "Photo Library"?

I've just came back to the Symbian fold after a long hiatus (my last Symbian device being Panasonic X800 with S60 2nd Edition). There's some learning curve, but so far I'm really enjoying my Nokia 808.
Previously, I've been using a Nokia 6700 (S40) as a communication device and iPod Touch as a photo/web viewer/PDA, but I would like to consolidate these functionality into one with 808.
This would mean I would want to be able to automatically sync photos from my PC to my Nokia in addition the the standard Nokia Suite ability to sync from the phone to PC. With iTunes, I would have specified a picture folder and the sync would go both direction with an ability to set folder exceptions if necessary. Would you know if there's a way to do something similar with Symbian devices?
One solution would be to skip Nokia Suite altogether and use something like Microsoft SyncToy in USB Mass Storage mode, but it's not exactly an elegant solution.

I recently got a new PC. I have a ton of photos synched to my iPhone, and I do NOT want to lose them when I sync my iPhone again. I thought I had backed them up on a hard drive, but I am not able to find them. They had previously been saved in Windows Photo something, and were synced the iPhone through that. The only thing I can think to do is send the photos to myself via e-mail before syncing the iPhone, but that would take hours to do. Is there any other choice?Â
I DID back up a lot of the music and podcasts from my old iPhone on an external hard drive. How do I get it back into iTunes? There are also tons of lyrics and album artwork with it, so I'd rather not lose those either, and I really don't want to load each CD again!Â

I have an iPhone 3gs 32gb. Lately when I sync the phone it will delete some photos and then pop up a message saying some photos and albums couldn't be synced because there is not enough room on the phone. The problem is that I'm not adding anything to my phone when it does this. Yesterday my phone says it had 1.6gb available. I hooked it up and synced it, not adding anything, and it deleted a full album off the phoe claiming it had no space. Anyone have any ideas on a fix for this? I'm running 3.1.2
