While trying to sync photos between my iTunes on windows with a new iPhone I get this err message: The iPhone "Your iPhone" cannot be synced. You do not enough access privileges for this operation. How can I correct this?

When a computer hard drive crashes, you can't do anything about it. Now I have a ton of photos on my iphone that I just can't get off it when I want to sync it with my newly purchased Macbook Air. This is one area where controlling everything end-to-end is too much.

When I import (synch, transfer, any synonym you prefer is fine with me) photos, they are written to two areas available on my PC:
Photostream images are at

The images shown in "C:Users[my name]Pictures[synch-date]" (the Camera Roll photos) are not as they were edited, however. I suspect that the iPhone "edits" images by applying a layer that manipulates the image without actually editing the file.Â
I have found so far that my best recourse is to import photos to my PC, edit them there in Photoshop (or other software), and then upload the images as I want them edited back to the iPhone. I would prefer to simply edit the pictures once on the iPhone and be able to import the edited files to my PC.

Let say that i am downloading many photos from internet like wallpapers and stuff but that is not showing in Photos app of lollipop in nexus 5?? and after taking picture from my camera it get backed up on my gmail account, but then after when i dont get internet then my phone do not open that photo and keep showing loading circle, but when i do have internet i can see that pic again. and i dont want that kind of trouble.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the international SM-G920I version of the S6, running the latest 5.1.1 update.Recently, it has started giving me issues in the Google Photos app. I am unable to back up any photos. When I go open the app and go to the Assistant tab, it always shows "Backing up 1 item out of XX".
When I go to the "Backup & Sync" settings of the app, I get constant toast notifications saying "Backing up 1 out of XX". I factory reset my phone and tried again, however the issue persists. I am able to upload photos onto Google Photos using my computer, so it does not seem to be an issue in my Google account.
I just got my iPhone replaced because of a glitch. I took it into the Apple Store, and they replaced it with a brand new one. Before I sent the old one in, I synced my old one to my iTunes on my computer. When i got home from getting the new one, I plugged my new one in and it said I needed to "update the phone with the latest iOs 5.1 in order to Sync" So, I updated the phone, and went to Sync it, and all of my contacts showed up, but unfortunately, none of my Photos and Messages that were previously synced appeared. This is seriously frustrating and I understand where apple are coming from with the whole 'what if someone steals it from you' but to be fair this is quite badly thought out. Laptop's have a life of about 3/4 years and unfortuantly mine has 'kicked the bucket'. I need to get the pictures off of my phone with out sending all 1,000 odd to other people and spending all the mms costs. I have an iPhone 3gs 32gb. Lately when I sync the phone it will delete some photos and then pop up a message saying some photos and albums couldn't be synced because there is not enough room on the phone. The problem is that I'm not adding anything to my phone when it does this. Yesterday my phone says it had 1.6gb available. I hooked it up and synced it, not adding anything, and it deleted a full album off the phoe claiming it had no space. Anyone have any ideas on a fix for this? I'm running 3.1.2

my macbook air has died but i have synced it to my iphone recently and between the sync and now photostream should have picked up any photo's. My question is do i need to go to the trouble and expense of a data recovery company when i just want to retrieve my photos. Hey, gang! I'm confused about the "Sync Photos from iPhoto" option in iTunes. I clearly do not want to transfer *all* photos (years of accumulated digicam pictures), yet when I choose "Selected albums", iTunes gives me the following warning: "This iPhone contains photos synced with another photo library or folder. Photos and albums on "Name of iPhone" will be replaced with photos and albums from this computer. Photos taken with "Name of iPhone" will not be affected.
Well, this is bizarre--what other library or folder could my phone have been synched with? Plus, no matter what I was using, I certainly don't want to lose those photos on the iPhone!
Of course, what I really want to know is: "How do I use iTunes to automatically transfer the photos I've taken with the iPhone to my MacBook Pro?"
I know how to transfer photos using iPhoto, but that's laborious and I really want to transfer/back up my photos as part of my iTunes ritual.
