View 1 RepliesI updated from 7.0 to 7.1 and just noticed that a number of my calendar entries are missing.I'm not entirely sure when this happened.I don't think it happened at the time of updating to the new OS but it's possible.I received an "out of application memory" error message a week ago and have read that people have encountered a loss of data with such an error.I did a backup of my data on May 17th before upgrading to 7.1 calendar entries = 800, today calendar entries = 369.Since I use my device on a BES all entries associated with the BES account appear to be intact but I've lost all other entries. When I went to restore the calendar entries only from the backup it is greyed out indicating that these are "read only data types and cannot be restored" when selecting "Select Data to Restore/Select device data and settings" as opposed to "All device data and settings".Unsure how to proceed - clearly the data is present in the backup based on the entry value do I need to do a full restore and rollback to 7.0? in order to recover the calendar entries??

View 1 Replies View RelatedI had an Blackberry Bold 9900. Now that phone's stolen and I used my old Blackberry Bold as temporary replacement. I restored an old-backup and everything worked fine. After a week or so I got the following error:
"Uncaught Exception: Application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(395) is not responding; process terminated"
And every time I want to add a contact or change an existing contact it doesn't work. The blackberry doesn't do a thing. Sometimes I get the error again. Sometimes nothing. I already did a battery pull and I already wiped everything of the blackberry (also the 3rd party app's) and did a restore + update from application loader to the latest OS for the BB 9000.
Passwords in my password keeper are also backed up? When I back up my data with BlackBerry Protect. It says it will back up my contacts, and memo, but nothing about my passwords.

I had to restore since my phone was going wack and now the back up is saying it wont work and it will not let me sync. Is there any way I can get my backup files, I can not afford to lose them. Do they save somewhere on the computer? I am just so mad that I lost all my photos and memos and all that good stuff.

I had not backed up my phone in several years and was unfamiliar with the process. I opened Itunes and connected my iphone. I hit restore phone instead of backup. Not smart. Now, I have all the data on my phone from my last back up from 2011. How can I recover the original data that I was trying to backup?
View 2 Replies View RelatedAn individual gave me their phone number, so I dialed it and waited until I saw it go through on their phone and hung up. The next day I accidentally deleted the phone number. When I went to my cell provider's website to check my call history and get the number it didn't show up. I've tried doing a number restores from the phone's memory but nothing is showing up. I didn't know if there was a way to recover this number at all or if all is lost. I know the exact time and date of when the call was made and am desperate to be able to recover this number. I would really love to recover this number! I'm working with an iPhone 5s.

I received a replacement phone from Apple and have been trying to restore everything that was in the previous phone. I did the routine manual backup to iTunes (not iCloud) from my old phone before I gave it up to Apple and then restored that backup to the new phone but the photos don't seem to be appearing.
Keep in mind these are photos I only shot on my phone, I never imported them into iPhoto and I last remember having Photo Stream turned off. I thought doing the routine backup in iTunes automatically backs up everythingon the phone including photos. My phone is running iOS 7.1.1. I really hope they're not gone forever. Is there somewhere in my machine (mid-2012 MBP, OS X Mavericks) where they're hidden?
I need recovering some data that i had before i upgraded from Kitkat to Lollipop. Is there any way that i could possibly recover. I had backed up the data but some odd reason the PC suite isn't completing the operation. I really need those files.

i initiated and ios upgrade to 5.1.1 from my phone b/c it said it was already downloaded... after i kicked it off, it says i needed to connect to itunes.. however, it then said i was in restore mode.. after downloading the 800+gb download... it only gave me the option of restoring from an old restore... i thought since it said downloaded, the phone only need to update files and not the entire os. therefore i didnt perform a backup first.
