I use a BB 9650. My carrier is Grameenphone. I live in Bangladesh. The problem is that, there is no "Call Waiting, forwarding" option in my BB. I have checked the user manual, and also over the internet. But my bb shows no option of "Call forwarding" or "Call waiting" as instructed.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen leaving a voicemail for someone, often times they call right back while I am leaving the voicemail. I curently only get the option to answer the incoming call or ignore it. Is there a way to disconnect from the first call and answer the incoming call? Right now I have to "ignore" the incoming call, then "end call" that I am on and then call the person back again -or- "answer" the incoming call and leave the voicemail hanging. Seems there would be an option to end current call and then (or in the same action) answer the incoming call.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a friend that just bought this BlackBerry Bold 9700 and the call waiting beep volume is so low he is missing his calls.He called blackberry, his provider and is getting nowhere they keep telling him to return the device for a new one and he did once but of course didn't fix this problem.They came out with a new download that was suppose to fix this problem but guess what it didn't.Blackberry doesn't seem to care about this problem but you bet if it was their buisness calls they was missing they'd fix it faster.Anyone no of any new News on this? View 2 Replies View RelatedAnyone else missing the 'Edit Signature' option under Email Settings on their 9650? I just noticed this afternoon it's not there. I'm running 5.0.0.810 on BES.Not sure how long it has been missing; if it has been gone since June since I switched from my 8330 to this 9650 or if it was when I upgraded from .732 to .810.
Just wanted to check, I'll probably try downgrading back to .732 to see if it brings it back.I've actually only got three options under Email Settings; Enable HTML, Download images and Confirm external image download.
I have a verizon bold 9650. My network (in Singapore) allows call forwarding, but I cannot find the function in my BB. I am wondering if any of you know how to enable call forwarding?

1- i can not put running call on hold to receive call on waiting.
2- i can not disconnect current call to answer call on waiting.
How come when I have placed a call and then I need to punch in additional numbers those additional numbers do not show up on my call screen. Example let's say I am calling my doctors office. Their recorded message will say" press 1 for refill press 2 for nurse press 3 to schedule an appointment. When I press the "1" THAT number does not show up on my phone screen. It sure would be nice to see what numbers you are dialing in. What am I doing wrong?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm a bit annoyed that every time I get a call while in a call an attempt to answer it now asks me if I want to hang up or place the current call on hold, this is a great feature it's just poorly implemented, instead of skidding right to hold and up to hang up or left to ignore it forces me to slide right to answer then press what I want to do in a popup.

However, it would be nice to be able to use wifi at hotels, hotspots, etc. Is it possible to just flip my sim card so I couldn't receive any calls or anything but the phone be able to use wifi and not cost me any money?

1) when I receive a new call (waiting) while i am already in a call, the calling contact name is not appearing, its covered by the current call info !!!
2) during a normal call , if i get the mobile off then on my head ,sensor should get the display off again swiftly , its not the case at all, sometimes display keeps running, & sometimes it give a" black light" not turning off , this is not normal...

My phone is 3 days old and did not have issues until last night. The browser allows me to initally connect ot a webpage, but will not allow me to click on any links. The cursor switches appropriately when just navigating vs. hovering over a link, but the track pad will not regist any "clicks".Has anyone encountered this or know of the fix?

View 5 Replies View RelatedJust switched to a HTC One dual sim 802d from iphone 5 a few weeks back. One issue I'm facing with the One is the call waiting notification beep volume level is too low. Most of the times, when I'm on a call and if someone else calls my no. I don't even come to know that call waiting was activated as the notification beep volume is just plain too low.
Its okay on speakerphone mode, but when I have the set next to my ear, I just can't hear that beep. Never had the issue with iphone 5 or my earlier Nokia's before the HTC one, on most of these the call waiting beep would be too darn loud and annoying, now its just way to low. Spoke to HTC Tech Support and the guy asked to me increase the Ring volume to max and see if that works, but that too made no difference.
Just updated to Android 4.4.2 a few days back and Sense 5.5
I have been on the phone with Verizon 3 times. They tell me my call waiting is turned off on their end, as I requested, but it's still interrupting me daily. Is there a way to turn it off on the phone?
