Jan 11, 2012My mobile is a Nokia N8. I recently updated Phone Apps, I'm not very technical so I followed all prompts asked of me. It advised to restart my phone which I did. When the phone restarted, I lost 3months worth of pictures, my profiles (general, silent etc) were reset but still had messages in my inbox, and god knows what else I haven't noticed yet.I must note also that I received text messages from O2, my service provider. They said, message 1 "you'll receive settings for our phone to allow you to easily access O2's great services". Message 2 "Select Save from Options to configure all settings". I followed these messages. I contacted O2 who advised it was nothing to do with them!!! Not one bit helpful either.

Dec 1, 2014Before going to sleep I went into the App Store and updated a bunch of apps. When I woke up I noticed all my iMessages and text messages had no names. i have tried to cut off contact from settings>iCloud and turning it back on and I still get nothing. I have also restarted my phone. Under back up it says that the last backup couldn't be completed. This was about 1:48pm est. How to recover them. I'm still using ios7 on an iphone 4s.

Jun 5, 2012I randomly lose internet access with but still have full use of certain app's like bbm and whatsapp & full signal (3G). For example if I restart my phone before I go to sleep, wake up the next morning, about an hour or so in to my day I will open the facebook or twitter app and my feed's wont refresh although I have perfectly fine network and my whatsapp & bbm work fine, the same problem is with the browser, I try search something and have no luck either.

Mar 14, 2012I updated the firmware of my iPhone 3GS to iOS 5.1 yesterday. After the update, I noticed that I have lost all of my contacts on the phone, so I plugged it back in to the computer and went with "Restore from backup", which was dated just a few hours prior to updating the firmware.
After it finished restoring, my contacts were all back but half of my apps are missing. I tried redownloading from the App Store as well as syncing from the computer, but the data (game saves, etc) are still missing. How do I get them back?

Apr 3, 2012I have updated my wife's iphone 4 IOS to IOS 5 yesterday night without me realizing that the iTune account was under my name for my iPhone 3gs that i currently using So happily i have click update IOS 5.1 on her iPhone. This morning, when we woke up, to our horror, her entire contacts, emails, pictures and applications were wipeout and went hysterical cause all the contacts are her business partners. Apr 3, 2010I recently updated to V4.5, and after the installation, I noticed that lots of things were missing, so I did a restore of my last backup. After restoring my last backup, I still notice that my memopad is missing. When I look at my list of files from the backup, it shows my memos as unavailable because they have been configured for wireless syncronization or wireless backup and are read-only. Is there a way to correct this and restore my memos and memopad?
