The flash on my Bold 9700 is always on even when I have powered the device off. I have reloaded the latest software, removed the batter and sim for 30 mins but neither have fixed it. I even tried downloading a could of the previous versions of software.
View 1 Repliesi thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.

Every time I take a picture using the flash the picture comes out dark and blue. I noticed that when taking the picture the flash initially lights up white, but as the picture is taken the flash turns blue. Why in the world would it do this? As a result, I cannot take pictures indoors- the flash is worthless. I have updated the operating system, etc.
