I have a BB Bold 9650.BB doent's work msn or internet.Movistar says I have to release him.I need to enter the MEP2 code on my BB.But when I follow the steps to introduce me not see anything And in other phones if it appears.There is another way to introduce it?

View 2 Replies View Relatedi am using bb since 4 years. i now switched to bb bold 9700 which has wi-fi and 3g. i need help on following topics, sorry if this is repeat question but i searched all possible solutions on website but remained failed.
1. how to set up hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail accounts along with official company mails which is already set up. important is to received online mails the i am receiving official mails on company account, means it rings when a mail hits inbox, i want the same for hotmail, yahoo mail and gmail?
2. how to play Internet on it, when i click on any Internet video, it asked, do you want to switch to wap to stream the video, when i say yes, it gives error message, if i am on wi-fi connection, even then it does not play any video, simply gives error message.
So many problems with this phone!Cursor stopped working, so would have to remove battery numerous times before it started to work again.
Then the phone asked me for an MEP CODE - i have no idea what this is!Then tured itself off and won't turn back on - (after you restart the phone and the bar comes up showing it's loading, it gets right to the end and stops - without turning on)
Does anybody has an idea of how i can unlock my blackberry bold 9700(T-mobile) free of charge sent to me from my uncle from the UK.

It does go lower than the 9th attempt. I already tried rebooting it and factory resetting it and the phone it goes back to the 10th attempts and again it doesn't go any lower the the 9th attempt.

I notice that on the device itself, under Bypass, Servers (in the Device Manager Properties window, that it still shows the server name from when the BB was used through an entreprise server, from which I've now been switched off.

Anyway, I'm trying to set up my personal email accounts on the device, however it goes to the BlackBerry ID splash screen when it tells me to enter my ID credentials. I do this and then I get the message Unable to log in with the error code 40670 in brackets.I've registered the handheld again on the network. All BIS Apps are working fine as is my enterprise email, browser etc.

Since yesterday, it didn't work , I get my IMEI to a site, and it gives me a ten digit code that calls master code, and said if I enter this code instead of my forgotten code ( I didn't forget it,it didn't work) it will accept by phone. But when I enter the master code it says "code error" too. I tried to hardware reset , but when i hold 3,* & green buttons and turn it on, phone asks me "continue using the phone in offline mode? " (it asks since when i tried to enter deference codes for several times), and i should to answer this and press other keys instead of these 3 buttons, so it didn't work too, I opened it key pad and clean again,but it couldn't help.
