BB Bold :: Can't Unblock Phone Even With RIGHT CODE?

I got my phone (Blackberry Bold 9700) at Orange 08/10/2011 , it's blocked Orange. Today i'm in my rights to unblock it. My RIM IMEI : <Personal Content Removed> and my code for unblocking is:<Personal Content Removed> I used the right code but still not working. Now I don't have any tries back. Orange tells me to contact Blackberry to unblock my phone. I can use my phone but only with the operator Orange.Where can I contact Blackberry to Unblock my phone from Orange so I can use another sim card?

I happen to buy a used BB9900 from an online selling website in the UAE, and it turns out, the network seems to be blocked completely and I cant possibly try to input any MEP codes in any way possible. Is the device as good as dead or is there still a way to revive the device?

I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 that is rejecting the code when I enter it in the pin code box but the mayor problem is that the attempts are not wasting. It does go lower than the 9th attempt. I already tried rebooting it and factory resetting it and the phone it goes back to the 10th attempts and again it doesn't go any lower the the 9th attempt.

I was looking for the option to show my caller id in residencial phones because is not showing. And I went to the SIM option and choose selected on. and Asked me for my UPK code I think, and I didn't not what to put, I selected cancel and now my SIM is lock, and can not access internet,

I successfully blocked my caller ID when I received my phone (in phone>settings) but now that option entirely disappeared. What is there to do without completely resetting my phone? At one point I asked Sprint to unlock my phone and I was able to use it outside of the US. Now it's back to the US SIM and everything is fine except that the caller ID blocking/unblocking option disappeared.

So many problems with this phone!Cursor stopped working, so would have to remove battery numerous times before it started to work again.
Then the phone asked me for an MEP CODE - i have no idea what this is!Then tured itself off and won't turn back on - (after you restart the phone and the bar comes up showing it's loading, it gets right to the end and stops - without turning on)
