I bought my bold 9900 yesterday it have some problem with wifi connect..when turn off WIFI connected ---> my phone turn off..I try up Os ( Bell ins. ) for it but no have change Bold 9900 : vendor 331.

I have the blackberry 9900 and want to turn off the network internet services without turning off the wifi function. My mobile carrier is vodafone and even when I am connected to wifi, my credit is being used up. How do I disable the internet function but still use wifi? When I try disabling data services, wifi doesnt connect at all?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have had my Bold 9900 for less than 3 months and in the last week I have experienced the following issue: The screen stays lit up constantly, which is making the battery run out very quickly. When I press the lock button the screen turns off for about 5 seconds, then lights up again, and stays lit. I can't see anything in the Options menu that will fix it. As I say, the problem has only been occurring in the last week.

This has happened before but after removing the battery and putting it back in the phone turned on. The MBPro is mid 2009 and has a few hardware issues - USB, DVD and headphone port are all not working, so am expecting to be up for a replacement soon, but in the interim, I'd like to see if I can get this sorted out.Â

My Blackberry Bold 9900 is not turning on.Details: A battery pull has not fixed my problem.I tried using another 9900 battery, however it did not work.My battery does not work on other 9900 devices.There are no signs of moisture, nor has there been contact with water.The LED light doesn't show, nor does anything on the screen.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Bold 9000, and it was working fine, i even updated and it worked great for months.and then last week when i tried to turn on the wifi to search for a network the phone got frozen for a few seconds and restarted it self continuously, like 4 times in a row. since then Im unable to turn the wifi on. bluetooth and service provider are working fine. Just wifi is causing troubles.I even tried to restore it to default settings using the lastest BB desktop software and no results.

First of all, I don't have a BIS plan on my Tmobile but I want to browse using wifi.
I can connect to wifi, but I cannot browse, email or bbm with wifi connected. Also, I don't know where to configure hotspot on the 9900.
I am trying to figure out if there is a way that I can turn off background data/automatic syncing in all of my apps when I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Besides going in to each app and turning off the syncing.
The reason for this is that I'm going to be going on a cruise and the Wi-Fi on the ship is not exactly cheap, so I'd like not to go through a lot of data every time I connect to it because all of my apps decide that they are going to connect.
I have a Nexus 5 running 6.0.
I've read about the "Metered Wi-Fi network" settings, but it doesn't say exactly what it does - it mainly talks about restricting background data on a mobile network, and setting data limits on a mobile network, even though it's supposed to be about Metered Wi-Fi networks.
I've got a BB Bold 9900 through my work phone on AT&T and the phone was working just fine all night didn't have a problem with it, I plugged it into my charger went to bed now all of a sudden I can't get the phone to turn on and the red light keeps coming on and turning back off.

I had to go somewhere so I didn't check it after I locked it and put it in my bag. When I did check it around 15 minutes later, I couldn't turn on the phone so I assumed the battery had ran out of juice. I got home 5 hours later and plugged in the charger, immediately turning it on. However, when I turned it on, I saw that it still had 38% so I did some stuff on it when the app I was using said I had no connection.
I reconnected to my WiFi but it still said I had no connection. I unplugged it and turned off the phone, but then I couldn't turn it on again. So I charged it again, and attempted to turn it on while still charging but all it would give me was the Google logo (which is the first thing that shows up when you turn on a Nexus 5) for about 2 seconds and then it would turn off again, even while plugged in. Now when it's charging, it keeps going to the Google logo for 2 seconds, shows a black screen for 3 seconds, goes back to the Google logo and keeps repeating this cycle.

my BB Bold 9900 won't turn on. Loads to a white screen saying "AppError 200" i click to reset, then it just loads the same screen again, over and over. I've tried updating the software using the desktop manager but it says i have 0.0mb worth of space on my phone so i can;t update when i know for a fact that there is an absolute ton of space free.

First try on batter pull, the BB loading screen flashes but the loading bar only reaches 50%, and stays that way. I removed the battery two more times and nothing has changed. I have done battery pull and attempted to reload the applications as per someone else's suggestiong *when i press finish at the last step and it begins to download JVM and system software and completes that and a check mark appears next to it but when it goes to the next step which is "Wait for device initilization" it doesnt complete the reconnecting to JVM part and an error pops up reading "Application Loader was unable to connect with your device.
