Asha 30/40 Series :: Menu Items Customization In 300?
Dec 27, 2012I'd like to know how to arrange, add and remove menu item icons in Asha 300. I do not mean the "Go To" menu, but the Main Menu. In my phone, there is Calendar, Contacts, Music, Internet, Messaging, Photos, Settings, Store and Apps.In the Menu screen there is Options and Exit, but Options only gives choice between Main Menu view: List or Grid with labels.The actual problem is that I do not need Internet or Store icons, and when I download new themes for my phone the blue Store icon stays always the same basic bag icon- it looks bad when all other icons are changed in the theme.

Apr 17, 2012i have a problem with my bb bold 9780. the folders in the main manu keep changing their names from german to english (my selected language is german). e.g. the games and the application folder, the rest has still its german name. and also there appear new icons, some with a question mark in it (but on top it says sounds), some i don't know. it seems to me, that my bb kind of splits folders and than some of the icons show up in the main menu.
this started yesterday and so i updated my bb. after this everything was fine again. i deleted some of the apps that were installed with the update (Internet, myspace, ...) and after the restart there was the same problem again. i installed some new apps (slide lock, games, themes and password lock) before and some time after the problem started. i don't know if this has any to do with it.

Apr 11, 2010i have a new nokia x3, around 2 months old, after restarting the phone one time, the main button (the menu button) works for locking/unlocking and even makes the keytone sound when you press it, but i cant open up the menu, its really annoying because without the menu i cannot access the phone! i can still make calls/text messages, but i really want to fix this.

When the phone's on, and i try using the keypad to either to type out a text or to move around the menu, the phone hangs / keypad doesnt work. Feb 13, 2012My phone has about 90mb of space by what I can see. I have installed a microSD card and that has 4gigs.
My problem is that I can't seem to install anything for want of space. My pictures are on the card, my music is on the card. Even so my card has about 1.65GB of free space yet I can figure out how to move applications to the card. I installed the Suite today for Windows and one of the things it does it bug me to update programs like Maps... sounds good in theory but my phone filled up half way thru the installation process. how I can offload everything to the memory card?
BB Torch :: Menu Button Loads 'phone' And Not The Menu For The Phone?
Jul 2, 2012My menu button loads my 'phone' and not the menu for the phone. I cannot access the menu that includes: hide, move, open tray etc. I cleaned up the phone and uploaded the newest software via the BB desktop application software. I ended up cleaning it up so well it seemed to go back to factory settings as I lost all my apps. It seemed to solve the problem though and I got my menu button to work properly again. I have since uploaded App World and a new theme. The button still worked properly for 24 hours. Today, I turn it on and all is working well but the menu button loads my phone again. Do you understand that the menu does not load, but rather the 'phone' menu pops up as though I'd pressed the phone icon. I wonder if the 'flex ribbon cable' underneath the buttons is misaligned somehow and when I press the menu key, it is loading the green telephone key menu because of malfunction of the ribbon.

Jun 1, 2012I have my work email self sort using rules so that messages from certain people (ie the Boss) go into their own inbox, so they don't get missed. However, only the mail from the main mailbox is getting pushed to my iPhone, not the mail from the Boss folder.
I've gone into the Exchange account settings on my iPhone and I have set the inbox, plus 4 other folders to be pushed. However, only the inbox is getting pushed. FWIW, here's the rule: After the message arrives, move messages from BOSS to BOSS folder.

Jul 19, 2012I purchased Asha 302 about 20 days ago and while going through the features when I recorded some voice using voice recorded output was distorted, I contacted Nokia support through email and was told to restore factory setting. After doing the same I recorded and played AMR file it was fine but as soon as I received a call and then I checked the same recorded AMR file it was againt distorted. I reported same to Nokia support and was told to contact Nokia Care Centre which I visited yesterday there NCC people re-installed the software/OS but the problem persists. I was told that phone has to be sent back to company. I am having another Nokia C2 phone which is fine and no such problem there in that model.
