Jun 19, 2014I am unable to restore my iPhone through iTunes. I keep getting an error code 21 after trying recovery mode. I've followed work around instructions on apple, but no luck. Also because the phone will not turn on I am unable to locate serial number for the device.

Aug 26, 2014my iPhone 4S won't be restored with iTunes, giving error 4013. I think I tried everything: DFU mode, another cable, another computer, reinstalling itunes...nothing works. The Phone suddenly stopped working completely yesterdag showing the apple logo for a few minutes, turning black. showing the logo, turning black et cetera. Just after the WiFi finally ended to be greyed out....Now I only see the 'connect to iTunes' picture.

Jul 7, 2010I've got a 16GB 3GS running iOS 4.0 and all of a sudden today the phone refuses to back up. iTunes is giving me the error "iTunes cannot back up the iphone because an error occurred."
It continues to sync after that and move apps and music around, but it won't back up. I tried again after that and it wouldn't sync calendars, contacts, notes, etc. Whats going on here?By the way this is on a Macbook with the newest updates for Snow Leapord and iTunes.

Jun 30, 2012I am having on-going issues trying to restore a iPhone 3GS to it's original settings. I keep getting Error code 2009.
Details are as follows:- iTunes version 10.6.3.25iPhone OS version 5.1.1Platform Windows Vista

On occasions, I can get the restore past the usual point where is would generate the error message, which then gives me the Apple logo on my phone, before iTunes then stops working (usual "something went wrong, checking for solutions Vista message).
I have tried all of the suggested solutions on the Apple support site but to no avail, after several attempts still getting the error message or hanging issue with iTunes.

All of sudden it would no longer power on. I know the battery was about 50% when I checked email. The phone has not been jailbroken.
Hooked it up to the PC (windows 7) and Itunes said it was in restore mode which I have no idea what this really is. Itunes said to go ahead an restore the phone.
I let Itunes start the process, but then Itunes gave an error code 28. I have no idea what this means. The phone has been flawless until this point.
