when I was texting on my iPhone 5s my screen went black then horizontal blue and white lines showed up and then turned black and white horizontal lines turned on gliched and slowly blue lines covered the screen for 5 minute then turned black and now it will not turn on , I'm really concerned also I hit the home button and the on button at the same time and it didn't work I hope you find my letter soon I need my phone to work and I have bought apple products for years this never happened ever

The screen on my iphone 4s has gone balck and sometimes comes up with blue lines, but I cannot get it to reset. I can still receive calls and can hear that the phone is functioning normally (ie. I can swipe the screen as I would normally do to unlock it and I can hear it unlock) but I cannot see any information. Is there a way to reset the display? I have tried holding down the power and home button for 10 seconds with no luck.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Iphone 4 keeps turning off /black screen. I plug it in and I get the rebooting screen most of the time. I have had to completely restore it two times in the last week. In between the 2 restores I got the latest hardware upgrade & the latest Itunes version on my computer. I have only had it since June of 2011 and have been told that can't be the battery (the battery is always full when this happens or at least half way full) It has been turning off for the last month off/on. I spoke to verizon and they said it could be an app causing it, although they don't know which one. They had me turn off wi-fi and turn on cellular roaming and I also went in on my own and turned off most of my location services (except find my Iphone)

I got a replacement galaxy s5 on Jan 28 and I've noticed the screen has a yellow and blue tint during white backgrounds. If i look straight at the screen, the white has some yellow tint over the mid to top portion of the screen. However, if I move the phone up, the yellow moves down the screen and a blue tint appears on the top to mid part of the screen. The tint isn't heavy as I can see still get good colors out of things.
Is this normal for the s5 screen? My old phone had a yellow tint to the white as well, but I don't know if the tint changed from yellow to blue when I moved the phone up and down.
My phone was at my study table then after a while i pick it up, it turn black on white screen in a sudden, i tried to go to the setting --> accesibility -->black on white--> turn off, but it still the same, i din drop it or any, but just merely put on the table, and it turned out like what i said itself.

I was using my iphone to watch movies and programs the other night then my screen got lines coming half way across the screen at the bottom right hand corner. After they disapeared my phone screen went black and now it has white lines going side to side covering the screen. Every now and then the date and time pops up. I can still unlock my phone and use it but i cannot see anything, i can hear my messages coming through and i can answer the phone.Â
Do i need to get a new screen?Â

I am currently using a refurbished black iPhone 4 that was given to me as a replacement phone at an Apple Store back in July 2011. As of last week, the a yellow mark has appeared in the upper left side of screen. I went to the Genius Bar and the only option I was given was to throw down $149 on another refurbished phone that, for all I know, will mess up in another 8-9 months.

I slept past my alarm because my Verizon S6 in white 64gb decided to go black screen with the flashing blue led light while it was on the charger overnight .
I've searched everywhere and it seems to be common. The reboot isn't working. Volume down and home screen isn't working.
My s6 worked fine last night, had over 50% battery life, i went sleep, this morning the phone wont wake up, having a black screen and a blue led blinking(5s) .
I plugged it to the charger, no led for charging shows, putting it ontop of the wireless charger, the charger change its color to blue, but the phone still on black screen and the blue led blinking...
I tried the hard reset :
* vol down + power(to simulate the battery removal)
* vol down+ vol up + power
*vol down/up +home +power
....all possible combinations, but no hope. What can I do?
I'm on 5.1.1 and stock rom not rooted.
There seems to be a problem with my blackberry or my blackberry's screen.
Sometimes when I click any of the buttons to wake up my screen to check if I have messages/make a call or what have you...
1. The screen is black white and stays that way for a few seconds before reverting to the normal screen.
2. The screen is covered in static similar to a television except it isn't moving, and the pixels are red, yellow and blue. This either fixes itself after I unlock the phone, or it only fixes the part of the screen where the box that says "keypad is locked" is usually located, and then goes back to normal once I press another button. This happens sometimes even if the phone isn't locked, and if I have a text message open I can roll the type cursor back and forth and that part of the screen will be fixed again.
3. The screen is white, but the red/blue/yellow pixels wash across the screen from left to right, and once I press a button it fixes itself.
It's a Blackberry Bold 9000, only one year and one month old, and at&t is my provider. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but the problem seems to have started around the time I put a memory card in it.
I have tried taking the battery out of the phone and putting it back in. Nothing changes.
Whenever I turn on my phone, the screen does not turn on and blue,purple, and white lines cover the screen.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a XOOM WiFi I bought from Staples on launch day. A couple of days ago the screen started turning blue. If the device sits unused (such as overnight) the next morning it is fine for about a minute or two. Then it turns blue again. The blue corruption moves. If I try to scroll up on a list that is already scrolled as far as it can go a blue "halo" appears at the bottom of the screen for as long as I hold my finger on the screen. It disappears after a few seconds. I've already tried a soft reset. I haven't tried a factory wipe yet as I was hoping to avoid that.

When the phone is on all i see is a blank white screen(no apple logo while turning it on), but i can slide to unlock the phone, play music, and hear the phone lock when the sleep button is pressed. I have replaced the LCD but am not sure that the new one was faulty or not. Also i placed the motherboard in 91% alcohol through out the night for any corrosion that i could not see. I am not sure if I should replace the LCD again or if it is connector 1 corroded or what.

When I came back it was stuck on the white loading screen and a message on the computer said iTunes could not connect to the Iphone because it was locked with a passcode and wants me to enter the passcode. While playing a game on my phone yesterday the screen flashed/blinked for a moment, then turned and remained a blackish blue color. While in this state nothing on the phone was functional, I could hold the power button until I was blue in the face and it wouldn't power off the device. At this point I opened the cover for the micro SD card and SIM card and pressed the yellow power off button.
After holding down the yellow off button for several seconds and feeling the three vibrations I set the phone down and left it for 5 minutes. When I powered device backup it had the same black blue screen. I repeated these steps several times all with the same outcome. At this point I'm pretty frustrated and attempted to boot into recovery to no avail, finally deciding to simply do a factory reset which didn't work either.
Screen is black with a blue light flashing every 5 seconds? I plugged it in but no difference. Worked fine last night.
