Changed my phone from 4S to 5S, backuped the 4S on iTunes and synced to the new phone but none of the saved notes show up. Â
The notes are not on e-mail account and i don't have a iclouds account.
Are there anyway of reading the notes synced on iTunes on my Mac.

A friend have two iphones, a 4 and 4s. She has tried to transfure the data from the 4 to 4s using itunes, and this has been mostly sucessful. However, some of the text messages and notes have not been synced? Also, when i try and sync her 4 in its entirety, i.e not just notes and contacts, but music and movies aswell, it says it has been synced with another itunes library and do i want to erase the data.

The artists are still listed under "artists", but their albums and songs are gone. All the music is listed under "songs". How do I fix it back to the way it should be? I don't know why syncing even allowed this to happen but it did.

I had the same Notes on both my iPad and my iPhone. Some made on the iPad and some made on the iPhone. Now adter syncing in iTunes I seem to have lost all my iPad made notes on my iPhone. I still have both sets of Notes on my iPad.Also I added my MobileMe email address to the list of my email addresses I have in Mail on my iMac.
