I Logged out of my first Apple ID then on to another now I want to log in to my other Apple ID but in the settings I can't even interact ion going to have a pic of what it looks like
View 1 RepliesI had to change my email address and password via the ITunes store from my PC, but now I cannot download apps via the phones app store icon. It still has the original email address but everhing has changed and the original password or the new password doesnt work.

I reset my iphone 3gs, erasing all data and contents. The process seemed to go as planned, but now I'm stuck with my phone showing just the apple logo,, nothing else.
The phone is not recognized by any of my machines, I've tried everything.
None of the buttons on the phone seem to do anything - I can't switch it off with the top right power button, not by pressing or holding it, it doesn't react to any other button or combination of buttons. It only switchs off by pressing the power + home combination.
I tried with the phone disconnected from everything, tried connecting to the pc, to power supply, no change.
Also tried the tips to hold buttons and than connect the usb, I think I pretty much covered any combination and solution I could find or think of, now I'm more or less out of options.

I just reset my Iphone 4 using "erase all content and settings" option and it goes blank. I connected it to my computer and it only shows the apple logo, this has been going on for several hours now. I tried to hold the power and home button at the same time, the logo just go on and off and when I release the buttons the apple goes back again. The I-tunes doe not recognized my i-phone (it was not listed on the devices).

I have iphone 3gs, i have downloaded free games and apps from app strore installed and it was working fine. i even updated the games a couple of times. Two days ago I attempt to Reset-Erase all settings & Content of my phone. It was stuck with apple logo. till now. What to do? I know this is everywhere, but my case is different. I had problems with my lockscreen which never turned off. I went to another forum and asked for tips, they said to Reset All settings (not erase all content). I did that, and guess what, it is stuck in the apple logo and sometimes with the spinning wheel. Now I CANNOT go into DFU mode because I do not have a backup of anything and if I restore im screwed and all my apps, contact, etc. will go away. I have access to the iPhone system folders (iFunbox, diskaid, etc.)

The story so far: I bought an accessory in Nov 2011 at an Apple Retail Store. (Philips dual-dock speaker) It started malfunctioning in Mar 2012. (Dock not charging anymore) I brought it to an Apple Store (closer to my place), they were happy to replace it on the spot, except that there was none in stock. So I was advised to go to an other Store (the original one), where they had stock. So far, so good for service. I went to the other store, but there I was told that they could not replace it because I had bought it more than 14 days before, so I had to contact the manufacturer directly! So my questions are:
- What is, if any, the actual policy on non-Apple product repair & replacement?
- Why don't all store follow the same policy?
- Should I just try my luck again with another person, until I strike gold and get it replaced?

I made a purchase for a black bumper and paid $31.60 but when I go to the Apple.com website to check the status of my refund its shows "There is no record of a refund for the receipt number you entered." I tried entering my receipt number plus last 4 of card and I also tried just entering the full CC number as well and get that response for both.
Just wanting to know if anyone has possibly experienced before, wanted to to see if any Macforum members have had this issue and what was the resolution to your issue? Should I just call Apple? Are they giving refunds in store if you take in your receipt?

While browsing I have stumbled on two sets of settings, that i can't find any more:
1. battery saving settings...not just "make sure to turn off unused apps". I mean "go to menu options and select..." .
2. internet browsing settings...similar to above, but geared toward browser settings.
In the "message settings' option menu, "e-mail settings" isn't available. I have managed to set up several email accounts by simply going into the 'email" option in the "messaging" menu, but I can't set the phone to check for emails automatically or to notify me of new emails, etc, etc, in other words, I have no menu option, for adjusting the settings for emails. I am running the latest version of the software
version 10.60.
There is no "Voicemail settings" in the "Call settings" section. It seems like a first page of Call settings is missing because at the top of the list it says "Call settings", then immediately under that it says "Other call settings".
