Mar 22, 2010I have tried to search for this but to no avail.I used to be able to move the apps around on MY PHONE under applications to different locations on the given screen or one of the other screens showing applications. Now all of a sudden I see the applications and the 4 screens but they are not "active" and I can no longer put apps in the order i'd like on the iphone. I am hoping it's a simple explanation.I did a reboot but it didn't help.

Aug 5, 2011My Defy has an odd problem whereby every so often I am not able to move apps around the home screen, or add new ones. If I click and hold on an existing app icon, or an app in the drawer, then I get the vibration as normal and I can drag the app around the screen but:I never get the green highlight showing new places where I can put the icon, andI can't drag to another page of the home screen: the side bars never turn green to let me flip to the next page.I also can't resize widgets like the clock or weather when it gets in this state.The only way I've found to clear this fault is to reboot the phone, which is a bit of a pain.

Jul 4, 2012This 'Senior' got jammed-up. Unable to change settings, settings unresponsive and am stuck in Siri. Problem happened IN SIRI, now can't change settings to even access the Siri option. SETTINGS WON'T LET ME ACCESS OPTIONS 'below level of Wallpaper'. Swipe won'r allow to go to any other screen in settings.This happened in SIRI and I can't even disable 'turn-off' Siri Unable to close applications on bottom of screen as well, as usually done.The 'voice mode' is on, and that is what jammed everything up.The only applications which show 'open on screen are' Messages,Phone, Settings and Safari, Mail, Music, and I am prevented from 'closing them'. I did a turn-off, began again with the apple logo but can't reset.Can't get past the first screen in my apps. I BELIEVE it is a SIRI problem but can't change settings other than 'Airplane Mode through Wallpaper.' how can I get 'out of it' without going to the Apple Store. Tiny store ,International Record as "Smallest Apple Store in the World", Santa Rosa, California..and they aren't much interested in giving-up that claim to fame!

Dec 28, 2015i bought the LG G3 D855 phone using android kitkat 4.4 but am now regretting because it was advertised that it had 2 GB ram but actually gives me only 450mbs ram(this is the biggest factor with speed lagging performance etc) and on top of that does not allow downloaded apps to either manually transfer or automatically to the sd card. meanwhile using the file manager as the word says can only transfer files manually not apps. After factory resetting the memory gets full quickly and therefore the phone is back to its sluggish ways.

May 14, 2012When I'm listening to music, or more likely a book on my iPhone, I double press the home button to show the basic music controls forward, back, play or pause. Way to often I go to hit pause and accidentally hit one of the other very nearby buttons like skip forward or skip backward. When listening to a book chapter that is 40 minutes long and having no clue where I'm at in the chapter, this can be super annoying. So - is there any way to customize and separate these buttons so that they're not so close to each other? My fingers aren't that fat, the touch separation between these buttons must be about a millimeter. Totally frustrating to lose your place like that. Would be cool if they were far enough away that I could hit the button I want without looking at the phone, or at least the play/pause button was much larger.is there an app that can change these controls, or a way to make a request to Apple?
