Mar 6, 2015I used the factory reset option in my Sony Xperia Z3 and the process is never ending it keeps in the android logo doing the factory reset and it has been like that for like 4 hours now. it should take only 5 minutes but I dunno what is happening.I waited the process to end for 4 hours and after nothing else happened I decided to unplug the charger and wait for it to run out of battery. Then I turned it on again and nothing changed, it went back to the factory reset process with the android logo.

Then I tried pressing the hard reset button located where the 64 GB SD Card is, and still nothing after turning it on again. Once again the cell phone restarted the factory reset process and right now another four horus passed and nothing.

The phone is heating so I am using a laptop cooler to cool the phone and avoid the heating process that is caused by the factory reset process.I still havent tried to remove the SD card.and tried to restart the process.

Nov 1, 2010I am trying to flash my C702 using the Update Service, however the update fails during the "Downloading" part, before the actual flashing begins. I have investigated this using wireshark and have discovered that the update program encounters a 404 file not found error. My internet connection is definitely working. Presumably the 404 error is why the update process fails. Is there any workaround I can use, or any chance that someone at Sony Ericsson could look into this matter?

Dec 22, 2011So I plugged my x10 into the computer today to update the software. PC Companion did nothing for me when I used it before, so I used the update service directly from SE. Unfortunately, wasn't available this time, so I gave using PC Companion another shot. So my phone got about halfway through the update process before saying an error occurred, and the update couldn't be completed. So I went back a step and redid the prepping 3 times in a row, each time telling me to go back. Now my phone wont even turn on, I feel a vibration when I press the on button but that's it. The computer isn't even recognizing the phone as an x10 anymore, and whenever I try to do PCC recognition, it won't connect. SO all in all, PC Companion screwed me over.

Jun 14, 2012many times I go to sync it and it gets to the last step and stalls out there. The pinwheel comes up, and then an error message. Sometimes if I disconnect it and reconnect, it will work fine. Other times it takes three or four tries.

Jun 17, 2014I have a refurbished iPhone 4S. It has taken me thru all the set up (language, country, wifi, all okay.Â
On the Set Up iPhone screen, I selected "Restore from iTunes Backup". (My previous phone was a 3GS.) Next screen says "Connect to iTunes" so I connect the USB cable. Screen says "Connected to iTunes". iTunes appears to sync everything as expected. The phone's screen goes back to "Connect to iTunes" and sits there. I disconnected the cable. Nothing happens. I press the Home button, and a pop up is displayed with 4 buttons: Emergency Call, Start Again, Wi-Fi Settings, and Cancel.Â
I have tried power off, then power on, but this just starts back at the beginning of the set up (language, country, etc.).Â

Jul 2, 2014I just tried to update my iPhone 4S to the newest version (7.1.2 or .3?) and after my phone restarted it stayed on the loading screen (you know the one, the apple symbol and a loading bar) and it has stayed on the same point in the bar for at least an hour. the update is only 26 mg so it shouldn't have taken this long, and i have no way of making my phone responsive again.

Apr 19, 2012I have an iPhone 3GS that I updated on iTunes yesterday and upgraded to the new IOS 5. When I started going through the Set Up process on the phone itself, it asks me to enter my Apple ID so I can set up iCloud, App Store, etc, on my phone. But the bottom portion of my touchscreen doesn't work. So I can not type in my Apple email address, I can not switch the keyboard to numbers, since that bottom part of the screen doesn't work. I tried turning it sideways, but it stays vertical. So I can't even touch "Skip this step", since it's on the bottom part of the screen also. Now I can not send or receive calls or even use my phone! Is there any way to bypass this setup on my phone? Or set it up on my computer instead of the phone? I can't believe it won't even let me receive calls - do I really need to set up iCloud to receive phone calls?

Jul 21, 2012Anyone getting the error, "The process xxxx has stopped unexpectedly" with one button that says "forced close"? If so what can be done to prevent it. I was at the end of my run yesterday and stopped my run on the Motoactv. When I clicked the button to stop the run, the error popped up. When I clicked the "forced close" button, I lost my entire run. The run can no longer be seen in my recent workout list. It was disappointing to loose the data. I was not running any music when this happened. I was only using the exercise mode at the time. My software version is 1.7.2 N8. I would suggest that the watch needs an option to make incremental saves automatically every lap. That way if the watch does crash or the watch is accidentally turned off, the entire workout is not lost.

It's gotten a little laggy at times, but most of all, more or less the same experience. But as of now, a certain album of mine in "Music" has stopped working. When I access it through "Artists" the message shows up and aborts me to the homescreen. Now, I can access it through "Albums" and I can access the songs through "Songs," but I'd prefer to be able to access the album through "Albums."*Supplementary Informaton* I installed Album Art Grabber on my Play, and around this time is when the problems appeared. I'll delete the album, then re-import it into my phone, the album works for a few days, but then it stops. It seems as though whenever I select the album cover using "Album Art Grabber," and it stops. You see, I haven't waited long enough to make an accurate assumption about the program and the problems it may or may not be causing.
