May 3, 2010Are there any remote desktop (RDP) apps that have the option to DISCONNECT but stay logged on ? All of ones that I tried will log me off when I disconnect.Sometimes I want to disconnect (but stay logged on) to I can leave some stuff on our Windows servers running.

Aug 29, 2014I was using FB fine until this morning when it logged me out for no reason, no cannot log back in i get a constant 'Timed out no internet connection' message despite the fact i do have internet and wifi connection and all other apps/safari working fine.
have done full reset twice, deleted and re-installed facebook both from the home screen and removed my account and the app via the settings screen. Im still on IOS 6 as my phone is only 8gb so could never update to IOS 7 as the memory required was nearly half the memory of my phone! no updates available for my version of fb obviously but never had any issues until today. Weirdly despite the fact i am not even logged in and have no account connected in teh settings options as it wont let me, it still is showing notifications popping up for FB

BB Torch :: Email Account Is Getting Hacked When Logged In?
Oct 8, 2011My email accounts are getting hacked continously from past 5 days. I have accessed my email accounts from 2 pc's, one from my home pc and one from my office pc, and this are hotmail and yahoo email account. I have also configured my email account on my blackberry 9800 torch. Surprisingly, when first time my email account was hacked I received information about my account from alternate email id, and I safely reset my hotmail password but am still able to receive email on my blackberry. So, if I had reset my email address then in my blackberry 9800, shouldnt it ask for password to login to the email, since i reset it. The same incident has happened for past 3 times and I dont have clue whether its the blackberry (RIM) service problem or the Vodafone carrier that I am using, since vodafone might be getting all the information related to my email account and its password, when I login on blackberry?

May 12, 2012I have had a Bold 9900 since April 2012, the battery life on it is incredibly short and my patience with it is beginning to match. For example, it was fully charged at 0930 this morning, and now at 17:50, the battery has a quater left.I have closed out of the internet, my apps are logged out, there is nothing running on it out of the ordinary, I dont understand what is happening. It has been like this since day 1. Initially I put it down to me using th ephone so much because it was my 'new toy' but now I rarely pick it up. I misplaced it today for approximately 4 hours so it had no use what so ever yet the battery is still nearly flat!

When I am logged off, and even if someone else is logged in to my computer, the smartphone states that my computer is offline. Is this how Zumocast was designed? Or, is there something wrong with my setup? I can see Zumocast not getting access if the computer is sleeping. But, I don't want to have to stay logged in when I'm away.

Mar 31, 2012m y phone doesn't stay connected to the sprint 3g network in a well covered 3g area. and nomatter where i am, if it does connect to 3g, it's extremely slow. i took it to the apple store, and they reinstalled the firmware and os. i also did a sprint service update, but it still didn't work. most times it takes 20 mins to dl an app, and up to 10 mins to load a 1 min video on Internet... i know the sprint service is a little slower than the at&t i'm used to, but this can't be right...

May 21, 2012Since it was new and running iOS 5.0.1, my 4S hasn't wanted to stay connected to wifi. When I enable wifi in the settings menu, it has no problem finding wifi networks, but when it goes to join them, it can take upwards of 45 seconds to actually connect. Once it connects, it functions perfectly fine using wifi up until the phone gets locked. After locking the phone, it loses its wifi connection and will not reconnect on its own, whereas most iPhones will grab the wifi connection again automatically within a second of unlocking the phone. I've tried using this phone on multiple wifi networks, including an unsecured network, a WPA2 network, and multiple public wifi hotspots, so I think I can rule out any router setup issues. I've done a full restore of the phone, I tried resetting the network settings, and I upgraded to iOS 5.1.1, all to no avail. Is there anything else I can try, or is it safe to call that this is a hardware issue that needs to be resolved at the Genius Bar?
