Trying to free up memory "deleted" ( uploaded to cloud ?) all music. After deleting Usage" still shows 800MB of music on phone ..Then day or so later rechecked "usage" and reading now INCREASED by 15 MB ! "Music" never even opened..How do I get most, if not all of 800 MB+ off of memory ????

Then, the next day I noticed that all of my photos were gone. How this may have happened and how to get my pictures back? If i try to refresh nothing happens, i have removed the data from the card, and put it back still nothing. When i connect with usb cable i can see and even play the music on my laptop. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything.
