May 2, 2012So I can receive texts from everyone in my contacts and who I normally text, but this one girl in my contacts has been telling me she receives my texts but then complains when I dont answer her, but I have not been receiving these texts. So I am curious as to what could be the problem with my Iphone 4? Ive updated it to 5.1 today to see if that was the problem but we are still having issues, and I also checked that she is also using verizon.

Mar 31, 2012My voicemail messages suddenly won't open. When I try to play new ones, the time bar (the one that moves as the voicemail plays) drops the actual voicemail's lenght and shows "0:00", then it acts like it is loading, but the voicemail DISAPPEARS!! Not good, especially if it was actually an important message. This does not appear to be a carrier issue, this seems to be an Apple issue.

Even after several resets etc. we were able to leave a message but never got a notification of a voicemail. When I manually dialed into my voicemail, the new message was there.

Jan 9, 2012Blackberry Bold 9700, using TMobile, but I don't have the Blackberry service. (Ended up getting the Blackberry because it was a free promotion at the time.) I used visual voicemail early on with no issue, but ever since I updated software to version 6.0, my voicemail in general has all but stopped working.
Ever since I downloaded software version 6.0 I have had this problem: I receive notification when people call, but I never receive their voicemail unless I periodically remove and replace my battery to reboot my phone. Upon rebooting, I will receive all voicemails that have been left for me since the last time I rebooted. I have called TMobile several times, but they just keep telling me that the settings are all good I have tried going into the stores for advice, but they don't have any answers either.

Does not work to resend, tried power down, sync, turning on and off mms switch. Can not resolve this issue. Could it be the carrier?

Does anyone know how or if you can delete the option to receive a text message when getting and deleting a visual voicemail? Jan 18, 2010Ok so besides the inaccurate timestamp issue that they haven't fixed yet, I'm also having an issue when deleting messages. The first time I select and delete a message from the VVM folder it doesn't actually delete the message from my voicemail and if I call VM it is still listed as an unheard message. So then I manually reconcile in the VVM folder and the previously deleted message comes back and it's not till I delete it the second time that it actually removes it from the voicemail system.
