Mar 9, 2010Well, there is news and maybe a reason why we are still waiting for the software update...Nokia is supposedly scrapping Maemo 5 and going with the new MEEGO. Hopefully we WILL get something by the end of the month. I really expect a lot from this mobile device and I think finally Nokia will not let us down! May 12, 2011a week ago i got an mms whith a sound, ever since then whenever i put the phone down after making. receiving a call or miss call this sound that was in the mms plays! i deleted the mms but it still plays. today i noticed when i go into the media files and open / close the video camera or vocie notes recorder then it also plays.

Dec 3, 2015After doing a hard reset to solve the e-mail image problem, another problem occurred, when I went to Settings > System > Notifications & actions > 'Show notifications from these apps', nothing appeared. After a day or so, the apps started trickling back in (I think they actually had to try to push a notification in order to re-appear?) and seemed to work fine for a few days. Problem solved, right?
I don't seem to get notifications (specifically from Outlook Mail and Facebook). Both still show under the 'Show notifications from these apps' section, but I just flat out don't get the Banners, Sounds or Vibrations. When I 'wake' my phone with the power button, it will show x number of notifications in the 'quick status' at the bottom of the screen, however I never got the notification as a Banner, Sound or Vibration. (This means I'm not just Charlie Brown waiting for his Valentine's card at the mailbox.) Silent/night mode is disabled in Cortana and I get other notifications (Text messages, phone calls, etc).
Galaxy S6 :: Texts Not Coming Through
Dec 28, 2015I'm not getting my text messages. Well, I get them, but very, very late if at all. I sent well wishes to people that night and received a barrage of responses about 8-12 hours later. Even when I text myself nothing happens. I've tried reflashing, playing with every setting I could and nothing.
The only way I can force them to me in is by dialing voicemail and texting myself while the call is active. THEN it works. I get my text immediately and whatever's been waiting in queue.
IPhone :: Not All Of My Emails Are Coming To It
Mar 17, 2012It appears that only some of my emails are coming through on my phone. I have a hotmail account & have never had this problem before with my iphone. I tried deleting & re-adding the account in the settings. This just made it worse. Now my phone is showing none of my prior messages at all.

BB Style :: SD Card Keeps Coming Out?
Aug 12, 2011I've had my Blackberry Style for almost three months now and I love it...except that the SD card it came with doesn't want to stay in. I'm constantly having to reinsert the card and it's starting to get annoying. Is this a defect with the phone or am I simply not installing the card correctly?
