May 26, 2012I can't really receive any messages. It's all delayed. I'm from Philippines. my iPhone had been unlocked since my mom bought it in USA. I can't receive any messages here in our province but when I'm in Metro Manila, it's working.

Dec 12, 2014About a week ago, my iPhone 5S started acting very strange. Whenever I go into my "Messages" app, it either shows up as a blank white page or shows previous messages but the screen freezes on the page. Sometimes I am able to text but then it starts freezing again. I am unable to call anyone. My battery is drastically draining. My phone just decides to freeze randomly and will turn off by itself. When double clicking the home button to "close" apps, my phone freezes. I have tried to update to the new IOS 8.1.2, but whenever I choose the "agree" option, my phone doesn't do anything.

Nov 22, 2011I have a Droid X and am using Handcent for texting. I have a string that I have been using for a friend, but only 200 messages are showing in the string, instead of all of the messages. When I recieve a text, one of the earlier texts drops off the string. Is there some setting I'm missing? When I used to scrol to the beginning of the string, there was a bar there that said "Show Earlier Messages" It is no longer there.

Jun 7, 2010whenever i get a msg and i open it .it shows the different received time.it is far behind the original time been set in the mobile. is there any settings that i could change it.the mobile model is nokia 2700 classic and i bought it just two days before. it is happening for all the msg by different people.is there any solution for this? is there any settings i could change to get the right timing?. i highly depend on the received timing since i could not get when exactly the people sent msg to me.help me with this?

Jul 10, 2012We have recently upgraded a few 9630 Curves and 9900 Bolds to OS 7.1 (Curve to 7.1.0.336, Bold to 7.1.0.342) from T-Mobile UK. We have one pressing issue that happens on the upgraded curves and bolds. After a few consecutive missed calls when you go in to the messages application it does not show emails, it shows the Missed calls list. No matter how many times you back out and go back in, Missed calls (only) are displayed. Also the same when you go into the call log. it only shows missed calls. I am not aware of a keyboard shortcut to show missed calls only and do not think that is the case as it has happened to these devices too many times after upgrading to 7.1. Has anyone seen this or can provide any assistance?

Jun 28, 2012Yesterday I finally wanted to organize my phone contacts. Why does the phone always go back to the group after adding a single member? I always have to click the add member again and then click the letter I was last and search for the next contact. This is very bothersome, why can't I select multiple contacts or at least go back right to where I last stopped.
Why in the world can I only add up to 20 members into a group? My family contacts is about 50 or 60 and my work contacts are at least 40 as well. Why is there such an arbitrary contact limit? If it is because of group SMS then simply make it possible to disable this feature for bigger groups.
Overall I find the people app very annoying. The Lumia 900 is a phone first, not a tablet. As such I would expect it to have all the features a phone needs. No phone profiles (Silent, Phone alert only, all alerts, etc.) no separate control for ringtone sound and all other sounds, no notification of missed events when the phone is locked.

Jun 17, 2014I have an iphone 5, my fiance has an iphone 4. Our imessages to each other aren't working. I can get them and send them to other people on my contact list and so can he. I am up to date with software and he says he is too but we can't communicate via imessage. This has been happening for several days now. I have tried signing out and back in, turning the phone off and back on, and have tried other troubleshooting issues I have seen online but nothing is working. We can call each other and Facetime but can't imessage ....

Jun 1, 2011I performed a phone switch in my X2-01 to transfer my contacts and messages from an N2690.The data connection was lost before it can complete so I had to do a second try. I noticed that there were a lot of messages with empty headings in the X2-01 which I did not have in the N2690. I tried to delete them, but I was getting the message "Error occurred. Deletion not completed." over and over again.When I used a PC Suite, the empty messages displayed with their body and I recognized them as the previously deleted messages in the N2690. I was unable to delete the messages using the PC Suite even after restoring to factory settings (including personal data).

Nov 26, 2010I was wondering, is there a way to delete an entire conversation?I assumed it would be any standard feature on any phone which has sms messages displayed as conversations.Not only can I not find a way to do this, but it seems that I can't even select and delete individual messages from the conversation view, I need to select and enter each individual message to then delete it, which returns me to the top of the thread. This is very frustrating when wanting to delete an entire conversation. It will take forever!
