I have a Sony xperia z5 bought two weeks ago, today the phone suddenly turned off and the white screen with Sony on it just keeps flashing on and off, the led light is red. I've tried the volume button and power button but didn't work, I've also connected it to the laptop and ran repair on Sony comparison, after all this it is still doing the exact same thing..

Ive tried plugging the charger in, using the wireless charger, I even had ny husband call my phone and the screen never lit up and the phone never rang. Momentarily, the screen was on and had me go through the steps of re-activating it (which was worrisome in and of itself), but then the screen went black and now it won't respond to any kind of reset. I've held the lock and home buttons down for more than 2 minutes and nothing. When it's plugged into my laptop, the Apple will appear for a few seconds and then disappear, but ITunes isn't registering that the phone is connected and nothing else happens.

I have a K1m that I hav had like forever and I thought I Try the Alltel monster to see what I get and if I like ot. Well stupid me used the customer upgrade and it got me a nice peice of phone. I can get the motorola screen whenI try to start it but it flashed on and of.I can get into the bootloader screen and I figures I could do the Alltel monster there but nothing. Makes the image but then fails. Is it dead forever?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI was checking my phone one morning when it asked me to update, after that a message popped up saying that for the next update the phone had to be turned off for about 5 minutes. It never turned on again after that.I already posted a discussion notice about it not turning and the wonderful team member helped me and told me to flash my phone and try the updater. I've done both now and my phone is yet to turn on.I believe the flashing must of done something as now the LED light on the power button flashes red when I hold down it. But it still does not turn on.This has been really frustrating and the problem still continues to go on.Now when I try pc companion update service and hold the back button and connect the phone my PC doesn't recognize the device. Same message pops up if I just plug my phone in normally.

View 1 Replies View RelatedToday my e63 phone died while I was using the internet so I plugged it into my charger, all that happened was the light behind the navigation button lit up and then turned off, usually my phone will just go into the charging screen and I then turn it back on. I tried with multiple chargers and there was no difference.I then tried to turn it on and all that comes up is a white screen. I took out the sim card and memory card but there is no difference apart from the fact that when I turned it on after taking out the memory card the screen was black with white lines then went completely white.

View 5 Replies View RelatedGetting quite frustrated with this phone now. I've had my BlackBerry Curve over a year now, and I'm on a 2 year contract with Orange. But I've had this problem. My phone will be fine when it's plugged into my computer or my charger, but when I take it out and start to use it, sometimes within 5 minutes, sometimes within hours, it can come up with this whiteness filling the screen. This leaves me with no choice but to take the battery out.
Then after that it refuses to turn on until I plug it in again. This is annoying me to the extreme because I can spend hours waiting for it to charge, then when it's fully charged I'll take it out, go out, put music on or something and it'll go off yet again. Sometimes it can just cut off without the white screen. Even then it won't turn back on without a power source. I've tried updating the software and that won't work.
My Blackberry 8520 curve suddenly hangs giving a white screen and when i restart it - the screen remains white. After i put it into charge - then only a successful start is done. So the only solution as of now i have - is whenever my blackberry hangs - i need to remove the battery - insert it again - and immediately put it into charging via USB/Electric-Power. Even if i re-insert the battery - the white screen comes - unless and until i put it into charging Earlier i was guessing - my battery was weak.

But that milky thing is annoying as **bleep** since i cant see any image as it is. already did factory reset it. Didnt change anything.
The phone is protected by tempered glass on the screen and the backcover. Its also protected by a rubbercase. It never fell to the ground and it never got wet. There is no damage on the phone. Not even a scratch.. The phone is 7 months old now. As you see i cant figure out why this is happening.. Here are some pictures:

During use, the phone would freeze, and when I turn on my phone again, I am greeted with a white-pixelated mosaic. I can receive notifications, and I can unlock my phone, well everything works really but I cant see the screen. Usually taking out the battery would work, but that stopped working. Now I just pray randomly pressing stuff will work. Then whenever I opened the game pad, the same thing would happen, every time. When it came back, I tried updating the phone, all my apps, I tried everything, and it keeps happening, and now its stuck, and wont come back to normal. I got my phone for a reason, I rarely even played on it, I just called and sent texts, and now its not working.
