Xperia Z3 :: What Happen To Notification On FB App

Since I have got my Xperia Z3 SO-01G, the facebook app has function properly. Every notification was counted and showed on app icon as number. Then I have installed app call "Xperia Unread" in order to do the counting on the others app: eg, Line, Gmail, Google+ etc. Then apparently, number on FB app has stop showing. I have tried every setting on it but nothing was working. However, all apps that were enable with Xperia Unread, work very well.
i used to be able to go to Media, then hit menu key, Explore, and i could view the files on my media card. this option seemed to disappear. where am i going wrong?
I've had my Pearl 8120 for about a year or so and for the past 8 months or so it's been unexpectedly crashing, not so much at first, but it has gradually got worse to the point where the phone has become practically unusable, crashing almost every 5-10 mins. The crashing can happen at any time, whilst on a call, texting, emailing, web browsing, menu browsing etc.
Here's what happens:
The screen suddenly goes black, and the red light at the top lights up, then the screen lights up and I get a turning hourglass. This will remain on the screen for anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, during which I cannot do anything (turn it off, even taking the battery out doesn't fix it, as it returns to doing it when I put the battery back in). When it's done doing this, my home screen appears, giving me a message reading "Verifying Security Software", a loading bar which loads up to 100%. After this, I can use the phone (until it crashes again!), but it doesn't have the memory of the previous call (in other words, it doesn't show up in my recent call list, nor does it remember who the last person I called was in my address book), and I lose whatever txt/email I was typing. I thought it might be a faulty battery so I bought a brand new battery but still the same problem.
This crashing seems to be entirely random and I know I'm not accidentally pressing anything to cause it. There are days where it happens every few hours, but there are some days where its every 5 mins!My phone seems to have moods!
I feel like throwing my phone against a wall and watching as it smashes into a million pieces does that explain how I feel?
Hi! I had purchased an application from the App store on my iPhone 4S, just as all other apps I had purchased. But this particular app and few others keep getting downloaded everytime I download any new app from the store.
It even says "the purchase could not happen at the moment" or something of the same meaning. But even though I keep deleting those apps it gets downloaded.
and I have noted some recent transactions on my credit card even though I did not make any purchase. I believe that this app is billing me repeatedly. How can I get rid of this ?
I'm trying to change playlists on my iPhone, at this point in the game I would give anything to have my phone wiped clean, i just want the music off that badly.When my phone 'syncs' it doesn't actually connect. That screen "Sync in Progress" does not come up, and my phone remains functional while 'syncing'. No surprise that nothing changes when it's 'done'.
I have the xperia mini pro. I have set up the email account in settings and all the notifications are ticked but dont seem to be notified when an email is delivered to that email address. how do I get a notification of an email?
I have a Xperia X10 Mini pro and suddenly my notification led turned always on, even when the cellphone is off the led is on and i can't turn it off. I have tried restarting it, removing the battery, restarting the system with the PC Companion and nothing works.
I was deleting a sms thread from a particular person, when at the same time, this person sent me a SMS. I was not able to open the SMS by tapping on the envelope icon on the notification, however I am able to clear it from the notification. BUT each time I receive a SMS this notification pops up again, so each time i have to clear this msg. What can i do to get rid of it?
Is it possible to request that you add a heads up notification to the native SMS app?
I mean, it's android 5.0.2 now on most sony devices and it would be awesome if the app took advantage of that and expand the notifications options from a simple "mark read" to also add a quick reply box.
I am used to ios so now i am having difficulties with the notifications on the lockscreen of my xperia z5!Is it possible to See every notification on its own?Like i am receiving notifications from instagram and It only shows me the newest picture being posted by someone and on the side theres a number of all notifications from instagram. How can i See every notification and Not the number?
I have just changed phones from a HTC 610 to a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact.
In the days of my HTC's (3 of them) I used to always get a notification sound when I sent an SMS.
With the new Z5 Compact this does not happen, I do get a little message saying "Sent" for a moment and a little green arrow flashes up for a few seconds.
Not having the best of sight, or when outdoors, I am often unable to tell if the SMS actually went out. Is there a way to get a short tone to let me know that the message went out? I just can't seem to find a setting.
Not sure if this is an Android issue (current is 5.1.1, previous 4.2 and earlier) or if it is a Sony Z5 issue.
Over all the sound on the z3 is good. It's loud when turn up the volume on music and videos but for some reason the notifications tone is lower than when I select it to preview. I did check the audio settings and made sure the notification Sounds are at max. The clear audio etc. And it's seems like it's just a few notches to low.
When I upgraded my sony z3 to lollipop my notification bar started sliding down itself and the all the apps like settings and power management starting to open. When I rotate the phone to any side the screen's touch part on the Sony logos sides touch screen part automatically starts..
Before upgrade firmware 5.1.1 via Sony PC Companion and again via OTA ,the notification bar cannot pull down. I have tried factory reset ,but it 's same problem.
My Z2 keeps switching itself off when there is a notification. This doesn't happen every time, but when it does happen, I will need to plug it to the charger to turn the device on again.  Also, I don't seem to have the problem when the phone is in silent mode.
My wife and I both have X10's on the same network. When there is no service, I get a notification show in the box but my wifes phone simply states "no service" and she does not get a notification.
My Ray is on 2.3.4. No apps installed. If there is one SMS or one call, the LED would work. However, if one more SMS comes in, the LED would not blink. Same for more calls and combination of calls + SMS.However, this behavious is only observed partially. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't.
I must say this Gingerbread update looks quite nice, and I'm liking it as far as I've been using it for the past hours.I had the media problem earlier in the day, wasn't really able to fix it until it went off without me noticing.All I did was go Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All and then clear data to everything with "media that I could find.I don't know if that was what made the error screen to go away, but all my songs and pictures are available to me now.Now, there is still something that I need to understand...My notification ringtones for SMS are all gone, all I can do is choose between "Android System" which limits me to "default ringtone, silent or Facebook Pop" or SoundPicker which leads me to my songs.Where did all the SMS ringtones go? Is there any way to download them or something? I've been looking around for a while, and still no clue where to find a good one (the usual Sony Ericsson ringtone isn't available to me either)
Is there a way to have the ringtone or notification sounds come through the headphones while listening to music? I know the music gets interrupted but it would be nice if it just rang in the headphones.
I noticed that notification LED is not working for Messages, Emails and GMail notification. I remembered it was configurable color LED around the Home button.
Now i m using official 4.0.4 based custom Rom,i have used all custom roms....(also check Cm9) But problem in official 4.0.4 based custom Rom is that Notification up and Down is lagging and 3d games are not smooth like Temple Run,Modern combact, gta 3,etc.. Running official 4.0.4 is like i m running Nokia 5233 i also overclock cpu 1ghz to 1.8ghz for increase fps for games and fix otification laggyness but overclock alteast not helpful... i also check Cm9..it is 2x smooth ui and games also...Temple run is run like super gingerbread.. but the problem in CM9 is that video recorder not working so thats why i m not using... If Cm9 runs smooth on this device so why official 4.0.4 is not smooth...
HARDWARE IS OK FOR XPERIA NEO V FOR ICS ics 4.0.4 can run smooth but sony does not want make smooth OS for old device 2011 for example: HTC One V also has same hardware like xperia neo v(1 ghz=1 ghz,Andreno 205 gpu=Andreno 205 gpu) htc one v is 10x smoother interface than xperia neo v, my friend has htc one v(temple run runs like fire) both devices has ics So why sony firmware not smooth......
So, What is the Solution to make smooth Notification bar Up and Down???
Just got a brand new Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray yesterday and it all worked fine. Today the LED notification doesn't light up when I receive a message and the screen is locked. I have checked though the service menu that the LED works, and I'm running gingerbread 2.3.4 so the new ICS update shouldn't be the problem. Also the screen doesn't light up when locked and receiving a message but I don't know if it's supposed to do that?
