I've accidentally deleted 2 Pictures which are really important for me . Is there any way i can get them back? I've tried searching in the Photos app from google , but nothing was in there. I can do everything and even pay if there is anything at all i can do to get them back , these 2 photos are worth 300 pounds....

I am guessing those photos are maybe from the internet. When I look at my files on my phone and uncheck the hidden files box, I don't see any of these files there either. However, when I go to 'gallery' on my phone (with the memory card inside), these files can still be seen - i.e., their names and sizes (but not the images). I accidentally deleted some pictures from my phone. I downloaded a software1 (not permitted to disclose the software) to recover my deleted pictures. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well. I would like to learn how I can recover these pictures.

View 3 Replies View RelatedNot long ago I took screenshots of in my phone (Xperia Z3) and camera shots which I then sent in a group chat on Facebook to some friends. Not long after I deleted them and it was fine. Recently I have noticed those photos are coming back whenever someone in the group chat sends a photo. Based on this I believe it has something to do with the Accounts section with syncs the contacts and such to your phone.

It is always the same group of images that reappear despite the fact I constantly delete them. I have tried restoring the phone to factory settings, making backups with images deleted and restoring it, removing my accounts and retrying them along with several other solutions. However, I still cannot seem to delete the photos.Â
I have deleted 4 pictures in the gallery app from the sdcard/pictures directory. I exited the gallery and returned some time later and ther is now a seperate album showing 4 pictures with no thumbnail and the won't open. These blank pics have the same file names as the ones deleted and are stored in the same directory. Getting info on these pics shows the original file size and name, but with a resolution of 0x0 and they can't be opened. Exploring the sdcard/pictures directory with file explorer does not show the 4 files in question.
Update- I shut down my Xoom and restarted. Launched the Gallery app. The blank picture album appeared momentarily and then disappeared.
After installing 5.1.1 google photos cant delete pictures from SD card, and have to launch Sony album app to delete photos. This was working just fine before..

All photos I take are automatically backed up to Google photos.
When I have deleted photos from Google photos or even from the gallery on the g3 sometimes these deleted pictures will reappear. It might be a week later or longer?!?
The pictures on my phone are saved to an sd card and also backed up as described above. Could it be linked somehow to Google photos?
