i won a coke selfie stick. It works by plugging in the jack in your headphone slot. The selfie stick work as expected when plugged in Iphone's headphone jack!however it doesn't work with my xperia z2 as it doesn't seem to recognize button press on the selfie stick. It vibrates and think that i have attached a headset! but i can't do anything else with it.

I'm currently facing this problem and it's really annoying. I never update my phone or whatever because it will slow it down.
My phone went out of battery and it turned off. So i plug the charger in and waited for it to restart. After restarting it, I realize there are several settings that ran away IE: My ringtone preferences and keyboard preferences. So far, I've already readjust it, But ever since the phone restarted like that, I can no longer lock my screen, not even if it times out itself after 15 seconds. and when i press and hold the power off button, instead of showing the menu for options like "Silent phone"/Flight mode"/"Shut down" it only shows power off. What can i do to get the original settings back ?
Can't find the option to use earphone connector to act as shutter release. None of the settings seem to have that option in the app.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWe have two iPhone...both 4. Both are running the latest software. We both have the same issue. One is that frequently when you press the home button to escape an app it doesn't work. If you press the on/off button and then go back to the home button it may work, but not always. It takes repeated tries to get a response.
The second, and perhaps related, issue is that calls frequently do not connect. I can select a contact from either my favorites or the contact list. When I select the name the phone appears to be dialing. You hear the ring once, but no more and the call doesn't connect. Then you can't end the call to start over you have to wait for it to decide to end.
I don't know whether to restore both phones or not. We are thinking of visiting the Genius bar, but we're sure they will work perfectly there.

When I press the power button, the light just flashes red 3 times. I can do anything with it on the computer, becuase the computer won't recognize it while it's off.

I adjust the slider to mask any little bit of redness, but when I take the picture and go to look at it, it's as if the blemish slider was just for a preview since it doesn't apply on the picture itself. Like...I adjust the slider, take the picture, then look at it, and it shows what it would look like without the slider.

I already tried to clean the cache and data of all related apps, tried hard reset, and still the same error. What could be possibly wrong? The errors started after I dialed a huge telephone number (XX XX xxx xxx xxx xxx) 16 numbers total. Could it be related to this?
I had this problem previously and was waiting for Lollipop thinking it will get solved, but it looks like I might have a faulty proximity sensor. When I'm in a call, sometimes I hear the sound of pressing a button, and when I take the phone away from my ear to check what happened, I keep finding the Notification Panel open with different options activated / deactivated. Sometimes I find it directly in Settings, in Battery Usage, in Date/Time, I think it depends on which option is pressed in the Notification Panel.

I've connected my phone before, but this is the first time that's it's happened. I'm pretty sure the fault lies with my computer, because my phone charges when I plug it in. I've tried plugging into every usb port that my computer has, and it doesn't make a difference. Usually, when I plug my phone in, it notifies me that it's connected to something, and it asks if I want to "mount" a connnection with it or not, it's not doing this anymore, and neither is my computer notifying me that something is plugged into it.

The problem is, some of these don't "stick" and what I mean by that is, even though on the contact info it says that personalized ringtone or text sound is set, when I get a call, the default ringtone or message sound plays. And it's not consistent. Some personalized ones work, others don't. They all worked on my S4.

After a device reboot I notice the battery is draining fast and I check in cellular data settings and sure enough 3G has turned itself back on. I have reported this using Apple Feedback but wanted to see if anyone else has uncovered this bug / can reproduce it. I can reproduce it after each and every reboot.

I had a message come up saying "having promlems talking a selfie, try a double tap on the back of the phone" or something like that. Does this only work with this app.? I dont take many selfies, but thats a great idea. I have tried it on the normal camera and supiror auto and it doesnt work. Is there an option somewhere to turn this on?

View 1 Replies View RelatedJust wondering why the X10 mini pro doesn't have the end call button at the top like the X10 Maxi (power button) ? The lack of having this feature is absurd. The easiest and most logical way to end a call is to press the top lock screen/power button. I recommended this phone to someone and they got a massive shock when they realised they had an active call going for over 8 hours! add this feature in your next update, if not could you at least have a visual clue to let the user know that they have an active call when the screen is off, eg notification light blinking purple or something.

View 6 Replies View RelatedPhone was working fine, then started to not go to sleep when I pressed the power button. It also frequently posts a message informing me about how to restart the phone using the power and volume buttons. It only goes away if I press the volume up or down.
How to prevent it. I tried a hard reset but have had no success with it.
