Whenever i restart my D6502.. My screen shows dim at first.. But after touching the screen it comes to normal screen... This does not happens in Safe mode.. So how can I get to know that which 3rd party app is causing this problem..
View 6 Replieslast two days i got my new z3 devise my first android handset after update i experiensed two problem first was the blank black screen and the notification and quick setting panel was not sliding properly so i decided to reinstal android using sony pc companion after update i switched my phone itkeep restarting continuously every time start installing progams it show customizing apps and then restart and do the same finally i could fix it when i got my 64gb sd card out of phone and switch it on, it work good with no issues.

It froze my whole pc so I had to force-turn off my pc. What could be the problem and how to fix it. I think my pc is alergic from flashing cause it froze my pc when i was using flashtool too. It feels like you really need to press down on the power button to get the shut down menu to show up.If i don't press down hard enough or right, the shut down menu shows up then it locks and the lock screen shows up. it's quite straight forward, and I don't remember having to hold down the power button for that long for it to shut down.

Whenever I go into my "Messages" app, it either shows up as a blank white page or shows previous messages but the screen freezes on the page. Sometimes I am able to text but then it starts freezing again. I am unable to call anyone. My battery is drastically draining. My phone just decides to freeze randomly and will turn off by itself. When double clicking the home button to "close" apps, my phone freezes. I have tried to update to the new IOS 8.1.2, but whenever I choose the "agree" option, my phone doesn't do anything.

My Xperia X10 mini got switched off automatically and since then it is showing that "sorry, the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly, with an option tab for 'Force close'." And since then it is not rceiving or sending any signal. It is also not getting connected to the PC. My repeated attempts by switching it OFF-on have yielded no results. That sorry window doesnot allow me to access anything in the mobile but for some duration of milliseconds when it is force closed with the option tab.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a daughther that is 16 months old and sometimes while traveling we will start a movie on the Xoom for her to watch. But being that she is young, she loves to touch the screen which usually causes the movie to stop.
I have searched the Google Play for an app that would allow the screen and buttons to lock for a toddler and still show what is on the screen, but I have not found one yet. The screen could still be unlocked, but it would be like the lid to a medicine bottle, only a grown-up could unlock it.
For some reason, my N97 just started to restart itself as i was charging it. and now I can't get pass the startup screen.

The phone just kept rebooting itself after being on the lock screen for a few seconds. Replacing a new SIM card might be a solution, but I think this may also be a cause of a defective device since the same SIM card still worked perfectly in another phone. This is my second Sony phone and I will not have a third with any reason.
Other major issue that I also had was the phone was automatically reset and erased all data (including external SD). I also researched and they blamed this might be due to someone logged into google account and triggered it. All right, this can be just an explanation, but since this is a very serious issue since the device could hold all types of data that are very critical to users.
