Funny thing is that if a few wallpapers I have downloaded with same size ( 960 * 854 ) it fits perfectly. I have made a wallpaper that is 5400x1920 and is 1.16mb. I made it that wide so that when scrolling I get a different image for each of the 5 screens that I use. Whats happening is the image shows and scrolls across like it is supposed to but it "flashes" between the image and a black screen.
