It seems like it cannot open this app and shuts down immediately. one detail to mention, it does open in the store right after installation and can set the wallpaper too. But it it shuts down the phone while attempting to open from apps list (start screen etc.). What to do avoid shutting down.

Im suppose to be able to tap on the wallpaper to see the temperature/weather and a double tap should take me to accuweather. I have downloaded the app where you can set the wallpaper to fit the screen but then I'm left with those horrible black bars at the top and bottom of the pic.
I was able to download the Captain America Theme, after the theme store being down, but I want to change the lock screen wallpaper only, but every time I change the wallpaper it only affects the home screen.

I don't have it set to live, I don't have an app that changes it and I haven't done the lollipop reset that ive read most people with this problem have done. I keep pushing it off a day until I start hearing good things. So far the update seems to turn your phone into garbage.
