I changed USB ports, Uninstalled and reinstalled PC companion few times, uninstalled from Device manager of PC and allowed it to reinstall, but not successful. Oct 19, 2012My Sony Ericsson X10 mini pro won't connect to the computer, although it will charge when usb port is connected. My computer won't recognise x10, no error is shown, nothing. Just the phone will charge when usb is connected. I tried installing PC companion for x10 mini pro in two different computers computers and exact PC companion software for x10 mini pro version but the software won't recognise the phone. What should I do.

Nov 28, 2010so i got the notification on the new software update nd it says connet to a pc to recieve it. then u get told to download this pc companion. so i have done. then i notice it says no phone connected. so i click how to connect i then get to stage two and it says connect usb cable to your computer and then to your phone so i do that and nothing happens. i wait 30 seconds and nothing happens i disconect my phone and connect it again and still nothing happens all its doing is charging my phone. i've done it over and over again and nothing happens.

Dec 10, 2011we have 3 mini pros, mine, wife and workmate.we are all having the same issue which is our phone will no longer connect to wifi we have tried the following-
-updated firmware 2.1
-made sure signal strength is excellant
-reset settings
-reset modem and made sure password and security details are correct
-used different modems and wifis to test the phone
-downloaded and used wifi apps ie wifi fixer etc
- read the hundreds of suggestions in different forums regarding this issue with this phone... noone has had any real success. maybe one or two people like i said, we have 3 of these phones with 3 different wifi modems. and have tried connecting to other wifi... it just refuses to connect its a shame becuase i can speak for the others in saying , if i knew the wifi didnt work on this phone we would never of bought it.

Jan 6, 2012I would like to connect the Xperia X10 mini headphone output to line-in from my audio car system. I tried to use a compatible jack (the same type as the supplied headphones) but the audio did not switch from the internal speaker of the X10 to headphone output. I suppose the phone sense the headphone impedance and then switch the audio path.Is there a way to control this audio switch?
