Sep 4, 2011My phone dosent recieve texts messages but will recieve calls. A messages comes up everytime i try to go into my messages saying "the aplication messaging has stoppped unepectedly.

May 31, 2012My ipone does not receive messages(sms) or calls. I don't get any messages when someone tryes to call or message me and the signals from my operator are perfectly good. The ones who are trying to call me doesn't get any message saying my phone is off or disconnected. For them it seems as if I don't bother to pick up the phone.

However, I'm able to call or send texts messages to them just not the other way around. The only temporary solutions that worked for me so far was restarting my phone but a few minutes later I won't be able to receive calls or texts again.

May 3, 2012its been 6 months since i bought my phone...sometimes the phone freezes...comes to life when it is re-booted...this was happening occasionally....
two days back didn get any calls or messages from the morning nor i wasn't able to make any outgoing calls too...
so called to my phone from land line and checked...the ring went on but i didn get any display like getting a call in my phone...
i was able to lock,slide,take a pic...but de call was still on and there was no traces...not even a record of a missed call....

Jul 11, 2011trust that someone will be able to assist phone was working perfectly until yesteday afternoon when i tried to make a call it said call failed as well as recieving it goes to voicemail i have contact my network subsbribe problem not on there side ,when i try and send a message it gives me supplementry error :unknown and general error ,my bis is working perfect as well as everything else just the call failed problem ,,i am practically begging for assistance so anyone that could assist will be much apreciated .oh tried the removing batt while phone on removed sim card put into another phone no problems.

Sep 26, 2010I recently purchased a Blackberry Curve 8300 from my friend the phone is unlocked to any network, in which i have an o2 UK sim inside, it loads up and the o2-UK logo comes up with a full signal GPRS (in capital letters) but i cannot send texts or make calls and i cannot receive them either.I have tried numerous battery pulls and soft soft resets to no avail, i have update to 4.5 software also, i really like the phone and don't want to have to throw it in the bin:I have registered through the Host Routing Table and received the confirmation email.I have the radio on the phone switched on.I can access the internet and receive e-mails.I can access BB Messenger.

May 30, 2012I have a problem with an iPhone 4 GSM with iOS 5.1: until last week it perfectly worked and then it started to not have any signal bars and therefore I can't receive and send either calls or texts. Oddly enough though I can still connect to the web. I forgot to mention before that the iphone is factory unlocked.I tried to reset the settings and then to format the device but nothing changed. Apr 21, 2012My droid X is still in version 4.5.605.MB810. When I try to do much of anything with the phone, the notification bar will disappear and the green light at the top starts blinking. After this happens, I cannot receive any test messages or phone calls. the only way that I can get the phone to work correctly again is to cut it off and reboot it. Yesterday it showed the update for the new software but wouldn't download it.

Jan 30, 2010I'm currently away at college in an extended network but the whole 2 years I have been here I have never had a problem with service until this week.
My phone gets text messages and can receive calls at certain time but after a while if you try to make a call or send a text it won't go thru even though I have full bars or close to it.
Its weird I have service for like half an hour then suddently it stops. I have asked people with blackberrys who have verizon in the area and they aren't having any problems.
I have tried taking out the battery/Reset. It worked a few times but these last few days it has not solved the problem.
I already spoke to Verizon and they tried to do some troubleshooting with me.
My phone was working after I talking with Verizon but the problem keeps reoccurring.
Im in an area where I can't call 228 so even when my phone is working I cant update the software.

Nov 30, 2014My phone will no longer make or receive calls and I can't text after upgrading to iOS 8.1.1. I've tried everything except chucking the phone out the window. I have reset it multiple times, turned it off and back on, reset the network settings, reset all settings, toggled the airplane mode switch, and done a complete factory restoration. What else is there to do? I can't get a new phone for another year.

I always got the Connection problem message after a I've made a phone call. But now it is bugging me 24/7.I have resetted my phone, I've even upgraded it.
