Since last Friday, my phone has been unable to recieve text messages, but can send texts and send/recieve calls as well as going online via 3g/wireless.It is not a problem with my sim card as it can recieve texts while inserted in my old phone. I have also tried testing the X10 mini pro with another sim card and the unrecievable text problem persists.

I connect the phone to the pc, it gathers the information it needs to do the update,then i get to the screen where i'm asked to un-plug the usb from the pc & from the phone.i turn off the phone and wait 30 seconds (i know it says i only need to wait 5 seconds)

I was tired of getting the run around from AT&T about when this would get updated and now I see 2.3 is coming out and there is still no update info from AT&T. Well I ran into a problem. First of all I didn't backup the phone before I ran the flash (idiot mistake) I ran the flash and everything seemed fine until it rebooted. Got the camera and the little arrow waited for that to go thru and the phone now keeps restarting itself.

I have upgraded the PC Companion to the latest version, then I have my phone plugged in, go to upgrade it, it will "Prepare" it, but before the update, when you have to unplug your phone, turn it off, and plug it back it, the update doesn't continue!

As I noticed, in "Mobile network settings" the "SMS center" field is showing as "<Not set>", and If I try to set to some number, it stays the same.

I can't update my phone with either PCC or SEUS. When I restart the phone (hold the back button while plugging in the micro usb cable), the phone restarts normally. I'm running latest versions of SEUS and PCC. PCC recognizes my phone and recognizes there is an update available. I'm running windows7 64 bit.How do I update my phone?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the PC companion and when this didn't work I uninstalled it again and redownloaded the must current version from SE website. It still tells me my 1.6 is the most up to date.

At first, there was no problem when I connected the phone to PC through "Media Transf. mode", I still opened folder Music and DCIM normally but recently,I've been in trouble with it. I can not see any file in the folder Music and DCIM except connecting only by "MSC mode". Just through "MSC mode",I can see all files of music and picture.
View 6 Replies View Relatedfor the past week i am facing a intermittent connectivity issue in my ray, My GPRS plan is enabled and spoke to the network provider for the settings, but the issue is whenever i turn my gprs on the little arrow mark never comes in the notification bar even if i wait for a couple of minutes nothing happens, so i restarted my phone and GPRS started to work fine and after 15 - 30 minutes the connection drops automatically. Its really a pain because it works only for little time, but not its not conencting anymore.
Troubleshooting that i have tried?
1. Deleted the APN and manually added new APN by contacting my network provider
2. Restored my phones system settings ( After doing this the internet worked for a day and automatically dropped of, No its not even connecting )
I am using Xperia pro and my SI Number is 1250-2220(South Africa) and am still stuck on ginger bread in this century, I would like to know when is sony gona roll out ICS update for 1250-2220(South Africa)? I cant use gingerbread anymore at this time and i cant comprimise my device's warantee by rooting it
