Today I got an X10 (as a replacement phone for a series of faulty HTC Desires) and I'm just wondering if there is a way to disable the emoticons so that they don't show the little pictures, just the text? or change them to the little android ones shown on the Desire. Also, I'd like to change it from the moody dark blue theme to something a little bit less depressing!

First time the phone hanged, I needed to hard reset it, to enter the phone. Now it hanged while I was swtiching theme.

I hard resetet it, and began from the begining again. Although, next time I turned the mobile on, it didn't go further than the white background with the Nokia text.

There is no point to do the procedure again, and I'm sure if I manage to enter the phone again, I will have feature problems with it.

Something is wrong with this one.

Run on firmware 10.0.020

So when I first got the phone, I managed to change my Notification tone from one thing to another. Now I just added a new tone that I downloaded, and I put it onto my phone. I set that new one as my CURRENT tone, but when people txt me, the tone is STILL the same as the one I set before... I really like the home screen on my mini pro, but the launcher screen is really annoying. I now have 7 pages of apps, and there is no way to go directly to any particular page.. I am tired of always swiping through page after page. It won't even loop around, so if I'm on the first page and want to go to the last, I can't just go backwards one page.

All of the things I've found to change the launcher also change the home screen. I don't want to change anything but the launcher.Does anyone know if a way to change the app launcher screen without changing anything else? I would love to have the ability to go directly to a page and to have the pages loop.. or, one or the other even. Or else perhaps a 4x4 grid instead of 3x4.
