Sony Ericsson :: Naite Media Go - Track ID - Entertainment Menu Is Missing

I bought naite from Fido, Canada. I realized that these options and menu are missing in device. I checked the manual and it says that it was there but I don't have any clue who removed these features from the phone. Instead of entertainment menu for instance I have Fido account thing whish ****** me off. So do you believe it was the phone company who removed the menu and those options? How can I restore it?
I recently got my Satio. I was just wondering, my Satio does not come with the Entertainment Passport. Is the entertainment passport still applicable? If so how do I get it? Also my Satio keeps trying to auto register but each time it fails. Any idea how do I complete this registration manually?
I own a Naite n wanted to update da software but all my data will b lost so i used da pc suite n backed up all my data However i donot kno how to backup my text messages pls cud u tell me how to do this coz its real important n nokia got a text message backup so i hope sonyericsson also got one i dnt want to copy my messages in to the sim because of lack of space and my conversation view will be wiped out Pls help me n tell me how to back up all my text messages
When I try to move some files from my phone memory to my memory card, the phone gets stuck on moving files for AGES and then the files dont even get copied sometimes! When I tried to do this file by file, it did the same thing, and I waited for half an hour, before trying to exit, (the phone didnt respond) and I had to get the battery out to restart the phone! I tried a master reset, and now I've lost my themes and ringtones.
I recently purchased sony Ericsson Naite(J105i) phone. I downloaded and installed the PC suite also. I want to use this phone as webcam. kindly help me how to use it as webcam.
I recently brought a Naite phone and I've got this issue with it, wondering if I am the only one who does. Sometimes when I call people there is a sound in the background (which can be heard by the other person as well) like when you keep the phone near a large speaker (or subwoofer). This happens randomly and sometimes even when I am outside, with no speakers around (although when I am home the sound can be heard even with the speakers turned off).
8GB microSD works fine in computer but not in my Naite. During a file transfer process it prompts: 'Memory full. Delete one or more files of your choice' even when there is sufficient memory in the memory card. After this the memory card ceases to be detected by the phone and it hangs. I have to restart to resume normal functioning. Is there any problem due to the maximum limit of the memory card used? Memory cards below 8GB works fine in the phone.
I have Naite for couple days.I transfer ring tones from my old sony ericsson throw Bluetooth, when i try set up new ring tones like ID ring tone or main ring tone always received cannot be used as ring tone. But it work for my old phone. Does the somebody have any ideas what is wrong.
I just bought a Naite yesterday. Used it as usual, drained the battery first, then charged it up till it's 100 percent complete. I went to school. During the trip, I plugged in the bundled headset HPM-60 and played some music. I noticed then, compared to other phones, that the volume level of the music I'm hearing from the headset is a little soft considering I'm, at that time, playing the music at it's maximum volume. I tried changing the equalizers of the phone but still, there is no great change to the volume I'm hearing.
I played the same music on Nokia 7210 Supernova and Motorola W231, with same bitrates, sampling frequencies, and file size, and found out that the Naite's sound is really softer compared to the other two. I even tried to fiddle with the settings (stereo widening, equalizers) but still, the Naite ended up with the softest sound. Is there anyway I can increase the volume of my Naite?
My wife has just purchased an Elm as an upgrade to her aging (and slightly battered) K800i. Is there a way to track data usage on it - she only has a restricted amount of data allocation and would like to make sure she doesn't go over it.
Up till a few months ago I regularly used TrackID on my Sony Ericson W580i to identify tracks on my local radio station (DJ's are USELESS they never say what the tracks are called!) But the last few months I keep getting the message 'Service Not Available' after the sound sample has been sent to wherever it goes. I understand the service itself is free, but in order to use the service you need to send the sound sample to get it analyzed and you have to pay a 'data transmission charge'. Has Sony discontinued the service? Or have they updated the Track ID system and I need to update my phone? Would save me having to text the DJ's for the track names.
I have read on the internet and on a forum about the Flash menu for Sony Ericsson phones. However, their tutorials and processes seem to invalidate the warranty on the product. Does anyone here know how to place a Flash menu that goes with a theme without voiding the warranty..?
Today i have found second secret menu in my K850i. I have searched here for it but could not find any. It can be accessed by clicking By pressing that you get the second secret menu namely 'Personalize'. There are two options under that. 1. Network 2. Network Subset. By clicking any one you get another menu titled MNC Length. Under that two options are there. MNC2 & MNC3. By clicking any one you get password request.Can anyone know or explain me the use of it.
sony ericsson w595 is not working properly. I cannot get into the phone menu at all and so cannot access many things including the phone settings needed to reset it. Moreover the software updater in the pc suite says error repairing every time i try to repair it and if i directly download the updater it says no new software available.
I've had this vivaz since june. sent it to the service center twice already. until now, problem still persists. main menu is gone. everytime i press on the menu, all you see is the application menu. pictures can only be viewed by accessing the memory card folder.
When I compared my Vivaz Pro with Nokia N97 I could see this change on auto rotate. How do I tilt to work on the home screen? Only the menu rotates in Vivaz but in N97 even the landing screen rotates. Do I need to configure anything in my Vivaz Pro or it doesn't support that feature ?
I recently bought a new K850i (because the last one I bought had a bad camera). On my last phone I used the Laser Precision theme, and the Menu was those neon-blue icons. I don't have them any more. Ok, so searching around the forum, I found out that I have to debrand the phone? I have no "PlayNow" icon in the top left corner. Only a "Netcom" icon, which is a provider(?) here in Norway. Can someone please tell me how I do this? Do I have to "brand" it or whatever after I have debranded it? I don't understand this. I just want to get rid of the Netcom icons and get back the flash menu.
I have had a W705 for just over a year and all of a sudden the main button in the middle has stopped working so I cannot access the menu or select things plus the shortcuts around this button isn't working so cannot write messages or play music or anything the only thing I can do is make a phone call. Has anyone else exerpienced this?
When I view the images from touch screen menu, only some images are viewable (not all which are present in my phone is visible in this mode). So anyone knows which kind of images are viewable in Touch menu?
My satio freezes everytime I press the menu. The battery has to be remove so it can be re-started. Re- formatting using the repair option in the PC Suite several times didn't help even it says Repair complete and latest software downloaded.
i have track id and playnow in the activity menu. i really want this to be deleted since it was doing anything good for me

Will I be able to access this content on this phone?Does anyone have experience with internet radio on this phone?As you can tell, I am very interested in using the wifi feature of this phone for streaming media.All inputs are greatly appreciated.
Since today, it seems my media player is not working. its opening, i can see which all media are there, but the songs are not playing, the videos are too, like stuck. i switched off, removed battery n put it back, no change. i did master reset, no change still. the problem disappears when a call comes(or missed call), it rings. then immediately if i try, media works. once i exit, and retry, its stuck again. same when i change ring tone volume. after i play ring tone, music works, after exit, problem persists.
I had to reprogram my K800i and lost all my settings. I've got it all set up except for the earpiece volume which is typically low in this model. The fix is to set it in the service menu. When I go to the secret service menu to raise the earpiece volume, it allows me to change it, I hit ok. If I go back, it is at the old level, not the one I just set.
So is it really not saving it or just going to a default level? If it is not saving it, what could be wrong? I have updated the service to the latest one and my phone is not a locked version. I would test it but it is midnight here and I don't wake anyone to have them give me a test call. (no land line either)
I have just changed over from a Nokia 5800XM to a Sony Ericsson Vivaz (U5i). On my nokia when it was connected to a bluetooth headset it would playback all music through the headset. How do I set up my vivaz to play music over the bluetooth headset?
I've been using this phone for over a year. It has always been hit or miss when I try to connect using media manager anso I can load music files. The straight USB connection s very reliable so I know the cable and card are fine. Any suggestions on why media manager cannot see my phone?
My phone frequently loses the location of media files on my phone. They are there and turning off the phone and restarting it normally fixes the problem. However it is becoming very frequent now and I need a fix.
