Oct 4, 2010I bought a new sony spiro this weekend and so far has been a pain in the back. It resets when I try to access the camera, sometines it stops playing music at random times, or it simply stops reading my micro sd. Today I installed the newest firmware, but still the same problem continues.

Jul 6, 2010Ive just recently got my new vivaz and have run the latest update. Can anyone tell me what the changes are in this new update? Id also like to know whether it is possible that a flash can be programmed into the vivaz instead of the light being constantly on. This is the only annoying aspect of the camera.

Sep 17, 2010When i bought my phone second-hand it had the wrong firmware on it. The previous owner flashed it back to R1CA037 in order to install HelloOX2 (which is a hack, I'm aware of it). Update #1: After downloading a .jar file in Net front, you no longer need to wait for the full file name to slide by.
Update #2: The camera icon in the main menu looks nicer.
Update #3: After installing an application from the downloads menu, it will show a smaller version of the app's icon.
Update #4: The main menu opens notably faster than before.
Update #5: You can now turn Clear Voice and Noise Shield on and off from the Calls menu in Settings whereas before you could only do it whilst in a call.
Update #6: The significant blue-orange horizontal lines have been reduced to insignificant, hard-to-see purple horizontal lines.

Feb 9, 2010I'll be quick with this, I updated my new AINO 3 hours ago and I realised that in return for making my mobile faster from the updated firmware, some items seemed to have disappeared: Missing red streak in MEDIA PLAYER TOUCH SCREEN UI, slightly laggy media UI in the touchscreen media player, removed ULTIMATE particle background in the media player and touchscreen MEDIA PLAYER UI icons seem to pop up smaller.Has anyone experienced similar problems from the update? My AINO is actually runnin pretty faster now but i'm just stating so that I don't know I'm the only one cause apperntly there are quite a few users on websites saying that the update scroowed them over. But yeah, the phone is grand but just some things went missing? Is this normal from an update if you have experienced it?

Jul 8, 2010I have followed these steps: Generated CDA. Nordic language! Then followed these steps! Upload "customize_upgrade.xml" to your phone and make the CDA change. So you have generated the file and you want to get on with it? Well I'll make this as short as possible.
1. Open A2uploader.
2. Click "FileSystem Tool". Re-insert the battery of your phone then connect your USB holding '2+5' keys. Release keys '2+5' when A2uploader detects your phone.
3. Browse to "/tpa/preset/custom/". Drag and drop the "customize_upgrade.xml" file to the right pane of A2uploader.
4. Click "Shutdown FS Manager".
5. Disconnect USB cable and turn on phone. You will notice a "Please Wait" prompt. This is when the CDA is changing. When the prompt is gone, turn off your phone.
But SEUS cannot find any new firmware still? What revision should the the Customize upgrade be?

Jul 13, 2010have recently been having few issues with my phone, and noticed im still running the original firmware R1CB001.Installed SEUS, follows all intrustions, gets to where it has progress line for installing the firmware.the update starts but after about 30secs, i hear the sound from my pc as if ive just unplugged something from usb and then few seconds later as if something has been plugged back into usb, then the bar just jumps to the enter and says update complete.Turned phone on again, checks software version and still shows as being same as it originally was.Does anyone have any ideas on whats happening and any possible fix?

Also after update I turned my phone on and I got the long please wait message. During this message I got a pop up message for Daylight savings update and I selected yes then back to the please wait message. Then phone started normal. My old carrier (AT&T / Cingular) gave me the unlock code which seems to work fine (I see unlocked icons for all five categories NCK, CCK, etc.). Now I would like to unbrand it.Will pushing a firmware update via SEUS be sufficient? It look like the current firmware for this phone is R3J017 while the phone internals say that I am on R3F017. I assume that if I update via SEUS, I will get the latest and greatest.If that is not sufficient, how do I get a generic branding? I know Davinci and some of those will do that, but I would prefer downloading software and doing it myself. I can't afford to brick the phone.
