my 5230 is working fine except that its phone memory is gradually getting used up by its own.. I am not using the phone mem for any storage. Still the memory is as low as 20mb. Please suggest me a way to clean up my phone memory without losing my personal data and settings..

One would think that 512 MB of ROM is plenty when you're not that a heavy app downloader. I have a dozen of relatively small apps on my phone memory (which can't be moved to SD card).
Now I was wondering if some of you Wildfire users might have some info on other stuff which takes up ROM memory and can be cleaned up.
I have a motorola VA76r that I have been using for nearly two years and within the last six months I keep getting a message telling me to clean up phone memory. Some days I can send pictures and video's, other days i cannot. I have not been able to receive any pictures or video's in the last 3 month. I have an S.D. card that I save downloaded files to, as well as pictures, video's and music I have downloaded from my PC. No matter what, I get a message telling me I have to clean up the phone memory. I go in and delete pictures, emails, video's, music etc but I still am unable to receive MMS.

I can't connect via uma and have searching for network constantly at the top of my screen. I can however connect to orange when I am outside (i can't get a signal in my home). I have Bold9700 running OS6. I had several email addresses setup some by employers and others by myself. Overtime, employers deactivated the accounts and deactivated others using my data service provider's link on BB website in this case [URL] I can still find the messages on the phone. I have deleted the email icons and still could find them in messages applications.I need to find out a way to remove them permanently and free the phone memory.

I open details of Phone Memory and it says that Images take 5787 kb. I open image folder in it and theres nothing.
So what should i do ?
i own a 5800 and when i tried to access to the memory card through the file manager it says the card was corrupted. but when i inserted the card in a memory card reader, it works accept that i cant eject it and a pop-up window came out saying an error occured while ejecting the card. it is a 8Gb memory card. i found a solution similar to my situation but is there any other alternative ways that doesn't require me to download huge files?

When going to file manager, seems it doesnt find memory card, even it is inserted.Then when removing memory card, phone works normally and not slow, fast. I searched answers to this problem on the forum, all were related to deleting old messages etc. If i go to memory details via file manager, contacts and messages together only occupy 10mb. Most is taken up by 'other files'.I opened my phone memory via x-plore app, and i found a folder called Private. It has around 88mb memory. And it looks useless, it has files with names of apps that i have uninstalled ages ago. Can i delete the folder Private? How will it affect my phone if i delete it.?

As shown by the pictures there are three memory areas, the first being phone memory which is shown as almost full. 2nd is the expanded memory which is in the phone and is almost empty. The third is a mini SD card that I had from my old phone.
All my outook synced information is probably in the onboard memory area. My first thought is that maybe my 44 MB PST file was hogging up the phone memory so I took the sync calendar setting and went from 2 weeks before to 1 week before and from 6 months out to 3 months out. That change did not make any difference in my onboard memory consumption.
Every application I installed went into expanded memory. The camera puts videos and images in the image and video folder in the expanded memory area. All the extra pdf and image files that I transfered to my phone go on the mini SD.So I can't quite figure out why my memory usage is so high in the phone memory.
I have 5530 Xpress music after inserting my memory card and sim it now constantly has a flashing text envelope symbol (as though a text has arrived) and it says "SIM memory full", Tried rebooting it etc.
